M & L for disconnect/reconnect the electrical connection and uncoupling from pump and dismantling from common base frame and opening of stater and rotor removing the burnt wiring and rewinding of the induction motor set of 7.5 HP capacity with suitable size of supper enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and insulating materials and sleeves, varnishing the winding, drying, replacement of terminal plate re assambled/installed in common base frame testing the motor with existing pump set of the following capacities including transportation to workshop & back all as directed by Engr -in - charge.

Preparing surfaces of fire hydrant pipe line up to 150 mm dia by scrapping old rusted paint with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of fire red colour over one coat of red oxide primer including marking fire hydrant flow complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 100 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixtures to the wall or ceiling or laying in floors including taking down the unserviceable one.

All as per item No 08 here in before but 80 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix in MCCB 4 Pole, 415V, adjustable type, 200 Amps with Breaking Capacity 36 KA of existing make and frame all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement fire hose 63 mm dia confirming to IS 636, 30 meter length including gun metal heavy duty pair of male and female couplings complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

Repair to CI sluice valve of size 100 to 150 mm by taking out gland sleeve,check nut spindle,gate etc and cleaning the valves by removing all ascales,dust and reassembling the valves with new packing nuts and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engineer in charge

Complete detailed servicing of the multi graded sand filter 1400 mm dia x 2300 mm HOS by disconnecting the water connections, removing the fastners of manhole covers, unloading the media from filters, change the external parts for any corrasion, washing the strainers, wahing the media, replacing the rubber gaskets 5 mm thick, mounting the fasteners of man hole cover, filling with media, connecting all the water connections, checking, testing output including preparation of old painted surfaces and priming with one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome, two coat of Synthetic enamel painting on the vessel externally with synthatic enamel paint all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Media consiting of pebbles 2" x 1 1/2" and 1" x 3/4" size, coarse sand and silex IONs, etc shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) The price quoted deemed to be incl removal of filter media from site.

Supply of Media for sand filter like pebbles, Silex 10 mm and 4 mm, brin media and fine sand each bag weight approximately 35 Kg to 40 Kg complete.

Fabrication of Damaged spool piece 100 mm MS pipe line and replacement one butterfly valve 100 mm at product side of sand filter complete.

Supply and mix high strenght calcium based granular chlorination chemical having 65 % to 70 % available chlorine factory sealed pack to achive the desire PPM level of chlorine and maintain the daily consumption records. The chemical packed in sealed container with anti corrosion and anti scaling agents all as specified & directed.

S&F water level indicator device 150 mm size digit display with ultrasonic sensor with LED display indicator incl all accessories required on site such as nut, bolts, flexible wire etc complete all as specified.

Supply and mix RO membrane antiscalants in liquid form to control inorganic scales of calcium, magnesium, barium, strontium, fluoride, Iron and silica and antiscalants ensures above 80% reduction in scaling tendency for drinking water factory sealed pack compleate.
