Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the Starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay sand cushioning to under ground HT cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover laid width wise factory made, class EHV type 1 with peak size 450 mm x 230 mm x 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only precast concrete cover of size 450mm x 230mm x 50 mm obtained from item No 1.00 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying in repairs, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamp made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE HT insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 120sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV grade as per relevant IS including latest amendment for IS (ISI marked cable) testing, commissioning along with HT cable route indicator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand cushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid separately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Taking out carefully cable covers & HT cable from excavated trench/duct/pole of size 120 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Relaying of HT cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core in trench/duct/pipe obtained from item No 8.00 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for drawing 3 phase with aluminium conductor, steel reinforced DOG, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 22 KV of size 25 x 20 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and two finishing coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arms of MS Chanel/angle sections etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical check/preventive maintenance of HT 22 KV out door ring main units of configuration of 10 way (4 LBS+ 6 VCB) once in a year as per recommendation of manufacturer as under complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Complete servicing (b) Functional checks (c) Protection checks (d) 22kV outdoor type motorized RMU outdoor enclosure body cleaning (e) Clean and check tightness of cable termination & amp; bushing in cable compartment (f) Checking of sealing of gland plate area (g) Check mechanical interlocks load break switch and earth switch (h) Relay testing and calibration in coordination with upstream and down stream relays (j) Check close & amp; trip coil condition (k) Functional check of trip circuit (l) Clean and check tightness of control wiring (m) Check door alignment (n) Testing/calibration of current transformer (if required) (o) Checking of SF6 gas level and fill if gas pressure is low (p) Clean and check bus PT metering panel (q) Clean and check battery charger (r) To check PT/ Aux.
