M&L machine cut Kota stone slab in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar, 15mm thick, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl 10mm thick cement screed /rendering in CM 1:4 incl cutting, rubbing, grinding and polshing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone any description of counters vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface n.exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, wall , roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions as in RCC wall.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Material and labour for ATT to the soil Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP Towel Rail 600mm long fancy type fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and plastic cleats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 18/19 mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to steel frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
