Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving including finishes not exc 15 cm thick( above or below GL including floor finishes like tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete in (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concrete glossy cadbury chequered tile 30cm X 30cm X 25 mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigments set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of bricks or PCC pavor block or brick tiles (laid flat or on edge ) in floors or paving of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of machine pressed mix pattern precast concrete M-35 grade interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness including rubber mould 30 mm thick sand cushioning under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only machine pressed mix pattern precast concrete M-35 grade interlocking paver block of any shape and size 60 mm thickness including 30 mm thick sand cushioning under floor or in foundation obtained from item No. 04 above including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantaling kerb stone for any descripition and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage open whereever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying hard core of broken brick of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L of cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necssary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
