ROAD, PATH, CULVERT Rolling & consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling including watering as required, filling in hollows and depressions which occur during the process of rolling by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (spread thickness) of soling with broken boulder or quarried stone (63mm to 90mm), interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidation to required gradient & camber by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water bound macadam (WBM) 15 cm thick (compacted thicknesss) with coarse aggregate of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm size) in two layers, each layer shall be 7.5cm (compacted thickness) using broken sandstone or limestone, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt & applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of paving bitumen VG-10 @10Kg per 10Sqm of WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt & applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of paving bitumen VG-10 @10Kg per 10Sqm of WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen binder 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder using mechanical paver, content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminious surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on the roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactureres instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm diameter highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dai mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomer bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 and necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA stiplens reflector pf model NO DA 972.0 fixed with and Including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Letter symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The board will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M. S angle 50x50x4 mm, 4m long welded to frame with adequate anti theft arrangement. sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over and under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Poly carbonate convex mirror outdoor type 1000mm dia made out fibre along with bracket and fixing the MS pipe embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, necessary earth including, work required for post holes complete all as specified and directed. Make of Poly carbonate convex mirror is DARK EYE/ Frontier polymers Pvt Ltd Model No.FCMO-100 or equivalent of make given in list of makes.

S&F in the metal beam crash barrier (Single side single beam) by providing "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising 3mm thick corrugated steel metal beam rail 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on cold rolled channel vertical post of 150X75X5mm fixed at 2000mm center to center, 1.80mtr. Height 1.10mtr. Below ground/road level. All steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process all fittings to confirm to IS-1367 and IS-1364. Metal beam rail to be fixed on vertical post with a spacer of cold rolled channel section 150X75X5mm, 330mm long complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Necessary earthwork, removal of soil and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) shall be paid under seperate items of this shedule.

M&L for PCC M-15 (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete hume pipe 450 mm bore, NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size fly ash bricks staright curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
