CONSTRUCTION OF ATP WWTP SUMP

Excavation Upto 1.5 — Earthwork excavation below ground level for all types ofsoil (excluding soft and hard rock) for foundations,trenches, pavements, footings, and allied works, up to 1.5m depth, including removal of vegetation/debris, dressingof sides, leveling, grading, ramming of bottoms,dewatering, keeping surface dry, disposal or stacking ofsurplus excavated material within 100 m lead, and providingtemporary support to existing services such aswater/sewage/electric/underground cables, complete as perdirections (excluding shoring and strutting).

Mnual Excvtion 0-2m — Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kindsof works inALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARDROCK for a depth upto 2.0mincluding removal of vegetation,shrubs and debris, cutting anddressing of sides in slopes,levelling, grading and ramming ofbottoms, dewatering ofaccumulated water from any source and keeping thesurfacedry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking ofexcavatedmaterial within a lead of 100m, as directedincluding providingtemporary supports to existing servicelines like water pipes, sewagepipes, electric overhead andunderground cables etc. all complete, butexcluding shoringand shuttering. All Safety precautions related usageofINSULATED TOOLS, HAND GLOVES & GUM BOOTS to been ensured byagency,all include in the item. (Excavation is to be doneby Manual means ONLY)

Mnual Excvtion 2-4m — Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level for all kindsof works inALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARDROCKfor a depth beyond 2.0mto 4.0m including removal ofvegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting anddressing of sidesin slopes, levelling,grading and ramming ofbottoms,dewatering of accumulated water from any source andkeeping the surfacedry for subsequent works and disposal orstacking of excavated materialwithin a lead of 100m, asdirected including providing temporarysupports to existingservice lines like water pipes, sewage pipes,electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, butexcludingshoring and shuttering.All Safety precautions related usageofINSULATED TOOLS, HAND GLOVES & GUM BOOTS to be ensured byagency, allinclude in the item. B/F after Execution — Backfilling/filling with available excavated soil intrenches, plinths, foundations, pits, and allied works, inlayers not exceeding 15 cm thickness, includingre- excavating deposited soil, breaking clods, spreading,watering, manual or mechanical ramming/compaction toachieve 90% maximum dry density, dressing, and trimming,with disposal within 100 m lead, complete as perEngineer-in-Charge directions.

T/D of Earth — Transportation of surplus excavated earth, debris, silt, ormud from the work site beyond the initial lead of 100 m,including re-excavation of previously deposited material,loading, conveying by tractor trolley/truck, unloading, anddisposal Inside the Refinery premises at locationsapproved by the Municipal Corporation, including levelingand dressing of the area from where material is removed,complete in all respects as per the directions of theEngineer-in-Charge.

T/D Outside Plant Bo — Transportation of surplus excavated earth, debris, silt, ormud from the work site beyond the initial lead of 100 m,including re-excavation of previously deposited material,loading, conveying by tractor trolley/truck, unloading, anddisposal outside the Refinery premises at locationsapproved by the Municipal Corporation, including levelingand dressing of the area from where material is removed,complete in all respects as per the directions of theEngineer-in-Charge.

PCC M20 — Supplying and laying Plain Cement Concrete in theproportion 1:1.5:3 (1 part cement : 1.5 parts fineaggregate : 3 parts hard blue granite machine-crushed metalof 20 mm nominal size) in foundations, footings, plinthbeams, pavements, and allied works up to plinth level,including mixing, placing, compacting, finishing, andcuring, complete, excluding formwork (shuttering) andreinforcement, using Portland Slag Cement conforming to IS:455, and concrete work executed in accordance with IS: 456,as per specifications and directions of theEngineer-in-Charge.
