Study of root cause of Boiler-5 failure
1.Site visit to understand actual condition of the existing boiler and its auxiliaries. 2.Analysis of boiler performance data/ trends / log sheet readings. 3.Isgec engineer will collect all data required for feasibility study during last running conditions. 4.Required fine tuning will be recommended by Isgec engineer to understand the boiler performance while firing trial run operation, the same will be recorded. 5.Study about the water, steam, air & flue gas parameters during trial run of boiler and the same will be recorded. 6.Physical visual inspection and thickness survey of Complete Boiler components i.e. Boiler Drum, Raiser, water wall, mud drum, primary super heater tube, secondary super heater tubes, economizer, de-super heater, etc. under shutdown condition and any abnormalities, important dimensions will be recorded for further analysis. 7.Study of present burner management system, Soot blowing system LRSB & RSB) 8.If any relevant Drawing or Data is not available, physical measurement will be taken at Site. 9.Collection of boiler design, construction data, auxiliary equipment's data & operation data for feasibility study & analysis. 10.Inspection of the Duct & stack. 11.Based on the site visit & data collection as mentioned points the following work will be carried out. a.Performance calculation of existing boiler and areas of modification will be identified b.Flue gas/ water & steam temperature/ draft profile for analysis of variances. c.Pressure Parts modifications analysis & Circulation calculations is to be reviewed. d.Existing boiler interlocks & adequacy is to be reviewed. e.Adequacy of pressure parts items, auxiliaries will be reviewed & modification will be identified. f.Study of the existing structure and providing recommenation g.Preparation of study report.
To and fro charges from Delhi to Patna by Air (economy class) shall be reimursed as per actuals on submission of tickets and original boarding passes which shall be Invoiced upto maximum SOR amount. Boarding & loadging will be arranged at IOCL guest house.
