REPAIR/ MAINT OF EOT CRANES INCLUDING FLAME PROOF WIRING AT CERTAIN BLDG AT AF STN BKT.

M&L for Servicing of Flame proof type EOT crane upto 3 Ton and comprising of the following:- (a) Greasing/oiling of required part i.e. shaft, coupling, rope drum shaft bearing etc. (b) Testing/adjustment of brakes for all of the motions (c) Tightening of coupling bolts, motor foundation bolt etc. (d) Checking the wiring connections in control panel and other accessories and to ensure that no loose/naked connection exist. (e) Checking of gear oil in gear boxes and including topping them if necessary. (f) Checking of transformer oil in electro hydraulic thruster unit & including topping up if necessary. (g) Cleaning of Bridge girder including plateform, cabin, panel, complete. (h) Alignment of Gearbox. Note:- Servicing is done by Trained Qualified Mechanic only. Each job shall mean each crane.

M&L Carrying out Load testing and Calibration of Flame Proof type EOT cranes of Capacity upto 3 Ton at AF stn BKT to prove the satisfactory operation of electrical controls, motors, gear boxes, protective devices, electro-mechnaical interlocking system, wire rope, sectional weld joints, brake thrusters, Limit switches, buffers, hook, girder rails, pulleys, pinion wheels, push button station and miscellaneous items etc. including forward and back ward motions of Long travel, Cross travel & Hoist (up & down) in high speed and creep speed during full load and testing of crane as direcetd through any trained qualified mechanic in respective field, duly certified including all consumables complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Necessary dead weight loads, Hydraulic mobile crane at site to carry out the load test shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (b) Load Test is done by Trained Qualified Mechanic only. (c) Test reports will be submitted to the department by contractor

M&L for scrapping and cleaning the old painted surfaces of entire exposed parts of Flame Proof Type EOT crane of capacity upto 3 Ton and Span 14m (Approx) with wire brushes etc. including removing oil & grease stains using appropriate cleaning agents and applying two spray coats of synthetic enamel paint and necessary matching with existing colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance/repairs of Flame Proof type EOT Crane of any capacity upto 3 Ton by technically qualified mechanic of the subject field. The maint/repairs will carried out of checking/repair including replacement of defective parts of all electrical/mechanical defects of gearbox, motor, plumber block, wheels for LT & CT motion, control panel & resistance box, brakes system, limit switch serviceability etc. to make crane functional within 48 hours of the complaint/information received by the contractor through any media. The qualified mechanic visit the installation at least once a month to check serviciability during currency of contract. However any defects developed at any time shall also be attanded, rectified the defects to make crane functional within 48 hours. All parts shall be paid seperatly as supply only under respective items excluding minor parts such as lugs, control copper wire, insulation tape, fuses etc which will be deemed including in quoted rates and each crane shall be one unit. Note:- 1. Details of cranes are as under: a) Capacity 03 Ton Indoor type in WSA – 06 Nos b) Capacity 03 Ton Outdoor type in WSA – 06 Nos c) Capacity 03 Ton Indoor Type in DB 10 – 01 No d) Capacity 02 Ton Indoor Type in Spl Hanger - 01 No 2. Each crane shall be measured as one job 3. Payment shall be made on proportional basis period of contract. 4. Payment shall be made once only for the job irrespective of carrying out repairs/ attanding at times. Contractor quate rates accordingly. 5. All T&P used will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Periodically smooth functioning test report of each crane will be submitted on monthly basis duly signed by contractor, tech rep and user section.

Supply only of Hydraulic Brake suitable for FLP EOT upto 3 Ton capacity as per existing size and make.

M&L for repair of Hydraulic brake system of FLP EOT upto 3 Ton capacity including replacement of brake shoe and other U/S parts for proper fuctioning braking system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of LT VFD (variable Frequency driver) 5HP/3HP having Input supply voltage 415V (3 Phase), Frequency 50 Hz, VFD having Facility for selecting motor power rating, over current trip, other protection settings suitable for long travel, cross travel and main motion of upto 3 Ton FLP crane along with programming in software in driver card all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of FLP motor of capacity 3 HP/ 2HP for FLP crane upto 3.0 Ton complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of LT(Long Travel)/ CT(Cross Travel) limit switch for upto 3 Ton capacity FLP EOT crane with auxiliary contacts as per existing size and make.

Supply only of Rotary limit switch 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz, 10 Amps for EOT crane.
