Excavation in all kinds of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, including chiseling/wedging etc. and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course to horizontal / vertical surfaces with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement : two sand) and curing complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 20mm thick

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (maxphalt 80/100) or equivalent using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp course after cleaning the surface with piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work with concrete mixer and vibrator mix 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand: three graded stone aggregate crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a)Suspended floor roofs, landings and shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders, bressurmers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Providing and laying upto all floor level reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface centering and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Moulding as in cornices window sills etc. not exceeding 15cm in girth.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium and dyed to required shade work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS-733 and IS-1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC-15). Fixed with rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, wherever required including cleat angles, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Jindal / Hindalco make).

Providing & fixing 10mm thick Antiskid full body water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles (Premium Kazaria / Nitco/ Johnson / Orientbell make) 600x600mm and 10mm thick manufactured of approved shade and colour in floorings, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 10mm thick glossy double charged water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles (Premium Kazaria / Nitco / Johnson / Orientbell make) 600x600mm and 10mm thick manufactured of approved shade and colour in floorings, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated galvanized iron sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washer filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ( Tata/Jindal Make). a) 0.63mm (point six three milimetre) thick sheet.

Providing and fixing corrugated galvanized iron sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washer filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (CGI Sheet will be provide by the University free of cost).

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cuttings, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)In grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutter with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rails of T. iron 40x40x6mm with 38mm dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts locking arrangement stoppers, handles including applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Collapsible steel shutter will be supplied by the Unviersity free of cost).

Painting one or more coats on GI sheet with ready mix paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Red / green shade.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Ready mixed paint brushing to wood primer pink

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) with enamel paint white.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrappers and sand paper complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/Zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other matter surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Enamel paint other than white.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of white washing or colour washing by steel with brushing and/or scrapping & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Square metre and under and 10mm to 15mm thick including cutting the patches in proper shape & replastering the surface of wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads with cement: mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
