Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying

Providing and laying tack coat over WMM surface using 3.00kgs. of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Bitumenus Concrete 25mm thick using using 0.24cum of 13.2mm, 0.76 cum of 11.20mm , 6.7,6,5.6&4.75 mm 0.66 cum and 2.36 mm 0.34 cum of metal for mixing of Bitumen per 1 cum including cost and conveyance to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete PAVER FINISHER

Filling with US Gravel for side berms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and stacking them to departmental guage for premeasurements and labour charges for filling etc., complete

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free form streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification no.803

Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
