Trimming of tree branches around the overhead conductor, poles & stays (not less than 3 metre) to clear the approach of overhead lines including removing of nest, wild grass creepers, unwanted vegetation, etc from pole/stay including cleaning of creepers climbed on poles and angles, channels and disposed off from site beyond 50m and upto a total distance of 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation/cable trench, not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing XLPE cable straight through joints including jointing materials and accessories complete, cold shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts (Earthed) cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, jointing and testing XLPE cable straight through joints including jointing materials and accessories complete, cold shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts (Earthed) cable of size 150 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F for cast iron cable route indicator with embrossing mark as LT cable, circular type 75mm dia duly fixed with suitable MS flat iron member to be embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 block of size 150x150x150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/RCC pole/strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface and keeping seviceable LT swage pole for re-used at the same or other site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and Earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Excavation and Earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately. (2) Serviceable swaged pole shall be reused as obtained from serial item No. 30 above (3) Rate for replacement of fixing acessaries like nuts, bolts and base plate, etc. shall be included in qouted rate.

Dismantling crossarms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and stacking aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Unserviceable stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.

M&L for stay assembly comprising of 7/ 8 SWG galvanised stay of standard wire of required length fixed to pole with and including galvanised flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc including galvanised steel 14 mm dia, 400 mm long stay bow and GI stay plate of size 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick, thimble MS clamp made out of 50 x 6mm and loop insulators porcelain brown complete all as shown in EP No.1 of SSR part - I including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lin repairs galvanised stay strand, size 7/4 mm of standard wire of required length fixed to pole with and including galvanised flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain, insulator vitreous, white, brown or green, including galvanised mild steel, straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100 mm height and 115 mm dia, size of strap 31 mm x 5 mm and dia of bolt 14 mm suitable for 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size (a) squireel 6/1 x 2.11, (b) weasel 6/1 x 2.59, (c) Rabbit 6/1 x 3.25 as suitable conforming to IS - 398 part- 4 of 1994 including binding, straining in LT over head line including all jumper connection and binding on insulator with new wire/aluminium tape complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting of LT lightning arresters any type/size of any capacity with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for panel reparing and spray painting only external surfaces of dimension not exceeding 1.8 mx1.4 mx0.6 m to 1.0mx0.9mx0.6 m without taking down pannel accessoriesone and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of old surfaces of steel by scrapping, rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for panel reparing and painting (both internal and external ) of dimension not exceeding 1.2mx1.0 mx0.6 m with or without taking down pannel accessoriesone and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete including preparation of old surfaces of steel by scrapping, rubbing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) welding, locking arragement of panel and T&P charges included unit quoted rate. (ii) Item required such as MCCB, changeover, ammeter, voltemer and Indicator lamp shall be measered and paid separately.

S&F in repairs electric panel door lock of stainless steel, size and type shall be as per existing one with key complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated aluminium bus bar of existing size of aluminium conductor into electric panel as per existing size and hole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for indicator lamp set of three of colour Red, Yellow and Blue for LT Panel Board complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aviation obstruction light any type / cap from the top of the OH water resrvoir of approx 15 to 18 m above the ground level by means of safety staging /safety belt hook-up etc, removing the electrical connections and fixing back the new LED aviation obstruction light at same in position with necessary modifications/ PCC work and as desired by the Engr-in-Charge to make the fittings in smooth serviceable condition and testing and making good the disturbed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Replacement of aviation obstruction light shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item as supply only. (ii) Replacement of cable and saddling down the tank shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Necessary climbing arrangements like safety rope sys/Scaffolding/ ladders etc for repairing/removing/refixing the fittings should be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only aviation obstruction light, yelow painted, die-cast aluminium alloy housing, built in 75VA step up transformer, heat resistant, clear thick glass and accessories with neon lamp complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. 020075 BJAOL1 of Bajaj/Philips/Sudhir.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden, concrete, brick or stone surfaces of any description, otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
