M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillars, window -cills cooking platforms and like in cement mortal (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparing of ceiling,RCC chhajja, roof projection, facies and exposed reinforcement portion area n.exc 1.5 sqm each and thickness of RCC n.exc 200mm applying FOSROC NITOCOTE AP35 latex acyrlic based emulsion to exposed reinforcement and applying one coat of cement slurry & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5mm thick cement sand mortar (1:3) & applying two coats of cement base paint on finished surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bidder shall be considred height of bldgs upto 12 th storey while quoting rates by them and wherever scaffolding is necessary.

Dismantling of existing sunken treatment and M&L for 50mm (minimum) thick PCC M20 ( nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compond @ 3 % by weight of cement with proper slope towards spout on RCC slab and 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on vertical faces when PCC is still green. After laying of GI pipe of 40 mm & fittings ,2 coats of polymeric based chemical shall be applied and tested by ponding. After testing sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using brick aggregate including 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor complete all as specified & directed.
