FABRICATION,SUPPLY & INSTAL - SITARGANJ LPG PLANT

ISA 35×35×5 mm — Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing 1" Iron Wire Mesh for DPT cylinder operation overhead protection at Sitarganj LPG Plant, strictly as per the drawing attached with the tender and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include cutting, shaping, fixing, welding/tying and installation of the mesh, including surface preparation and painting with primer and finish coat, along with all necessary clamps, fasteners, supporting members, welding electrodes, binding wire, consumables, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles and other accessories required for complete installation. Rate shall be quoted per Sq. Meter and shall be inclusive of: Material, fabrication, supply, transportation, loading/unloading, installation, fixing, welding/tying, surface preparation and painting, fasteners, consumables, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per the attached drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

IRON WIRE MESH 1" — Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing MS Equal Angle ISA 35×35×5 mm for providing tray support for DPT cylinder operation overhead protection at Sitarganj LPG Plant, strictly as per the drawing attached with the tender and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include cutting, drilling, welding, fabrication, erection, fixing, alignment and painting, including surface preparation, primer and finish coat, complete with all necessary plates, fasteners, clamps, welding electrodes, consumables, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles and other accessories required for complete installation. Rate shall be quoted per kg and shall be inclusive of: Material, fabrication, supply, transportation, loading/unloading, installatio n/erection, welding, surface preparation and painting, fasteners, consumables, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per the attached drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

GI DUCT, Thickness 3mm — Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing GI duct of 20 SWG / 3 mm GI sheet,diameter as per requirment, for extension of the existing Vapour Extraction System (VES) near cylinder filling facility, as per the directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include fabrication and installation of straight duct sections, bends, branches, reducers, flanges, joints, flexible connections, supports, clamps, hangers, fasteners and all other accessories required for connecting the proposed ducting to the existing VES system. The ducting shall be properly aligned, supported and sealed to ensure effective extraction and prevent leakage. The contractor shall carry out necessary airflow balancing and testing after connection to ensure that the additional ducting does not adversely affect the performance of the existing VES. Rate shall be inclusive of: GI sheet, fabrication, supply, transportation, loading/unloading, all duct fittings and accessories, supports, clamps, fasteners, installation, connection with existing VES, sealing, testing, balancing, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

VES Blower Starter with — Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of suitable starter/control arrangement for VES blower, complete with necessary contactor, overload protection, start/stop controls, indications and auxiliary contacts, including required wiring and accessories. The system shall be suitably interlocked with the LPG cylinder filling line to ensure that filling operation is permitted only when the VES blower is running and healthy, and shall prevent/stop filling operation in case of VES blower failure/trip. Complete work shall include all materials, installation, testing, commissioning and necessary modification of the existing control/interlocking circuit, as per approved drawing and applicable safety requirements.

CABLE 2 CORE 1.5MM — Providing, supplying and laying 2 Core × 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable, suitable for control/interlocking and electrical wiring a pplications, including required routing, dressing, termination, lugs/glands, ferrules, identification, testing and all necessary accessories, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of: Cable, supply, laying, routing, termination, lugs/glands, ferrules, testing, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles and all incidental charges.

ISMC 100 – structural frame — Providing, supplying, fabricating and erecting ISMC 100 MS Channel for the structural frame of new crossover, including cutting, drilling, welding, alignment, fixing and all necessary joints, cleats, brackets, fasteners, supports and accessories, complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. Grill — Providing, supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. Grill for new crossover platform and steps, including cutting, welding, edge framing, fixing and all necessary supports, clamps and accessories, complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of: Material, fabrication, supply, transportation, fixing/erection, welding, supports, fasteners, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables and all incidental charges, complete.

ISA 50 × 50 × 6 mm — Providing, supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. Equal Angle ISA 50×50×6 mm for handrail/support members of the new crossover, including cutting, drilling, welding, alignment, fixing and all necessary brackets, cleats, fasteners and accessories, complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of: Material, fabrication, supply, transportation, erection/fixing, welding, fasteners, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables and all incidental charges, complete.

M.S. Plate 100 × 6 mm — Providing, supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. Plate of 100 mm width and 6 mm thickness, with length as required for fixing along the stairs of the existing crossover, for providing toe guard protection, as per the approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include cutting, drilling, welding, alignment, fixing and all necessary fasteners, supports, clamps and accessories required for complete installation. Rate shall be inclusive of: Material, fabrication, supply, transportation, fixing/erection, welding, drilling, fasteners, supports, labour, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
