Amount

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in All kinds of soil.

Removal of excavated mulba dismantled/ unserviceable material from the site of work by Mechanical Transport/Animal Transport or otherwise including loading/unloading (complete job).

Providing under layer including prepration of ground 75mm thick (Uncompacted) layer of Dry Stone aggregate & grouted with Sand (Complete Job)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded Crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dumping/Filling of Stones including cost of Stones in horizontal or level

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing Precast Cement Concrete Slabs including all Carriage complete job.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing Inaugration Plate including writing etc. complete job.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete  Sand for an average distance of 5 kms

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete  Stone Aggregate below 40mm nominal size for an average distance of 7 kms

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete  Stone for an average distance of 7 kms
