Deployment of T&P and Labour for Cutting/trimming of grass/ shrub/ weeds/ bushes/ vegetation growth etc at ground level including removal of small undulations in natural ground, stacking of spoil into heaps removing surplus spoil to a distance exceeding 50 metres and not exceeding 100 metres and depositing at a place complete all as specified and as directed. Note.- The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for cutting of grass by manual labour or by bush cutter (incl POL) operated by trained operator as required & directed.

Deployment of T&P and Labour for Cutting of grass grass/ shrub/ weeds/ bushes/ vegetation growth etc from shoulders of runway and from parallel taxi track by jungle jim/Harrow driven by tractor operated by trained operator by providing tractor and jungle jim/Harrow including POL all as specified and as directed. Note.- Any break down of tractor and jungle jim harrow or tractor shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt

M&L for Cleaning of storm water drains, inside/outside cleaning by rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs bush wood of under growth roots removing excavated material and obtained from cleaning to a distance not exceeding 50 Meter from outside the periphery of the area under clearance depsoiting the same in low laying area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks old size in cement concrete mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean redius etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no 7 here-in-before , but except bricks

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as spd and as directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete inner surfaces of drain in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces fair and even smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping & the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and drected.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in top of beds of drains including smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring & alternate panel with filling bitumen etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- (i)Rate for joint filling with Bitumen , with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mortar 1:3 shall be included in quoted rate .(ii) Size of pannel will be 2.5mx2.5m all as directed by Engr-In- Charge
