Schedule 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cablecomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole/ struts any size any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stay assemblycomplete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for stay assembly 20 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F in replacement for galvanized stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, protection of UG cable, concrete base, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable XLPE /PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100 Volt grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/ pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing connecting in replacement of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for streching, tightening and restringing of ACSR conductors of any size and type and GI continuous earth conductors of any size, maintaining standard sag including providing aluminium binding wire and fixing of GI conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arm of MS channel or angle section from pole any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size with welding, bending cold or hot including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size complete all as directed.

S&F of pin type porcelain insulator of size 100 mm height, 65mm dia, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified as directed. Material and labour for cutting of road/ hard standing n exc 20cm width and n exc 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, preparing of old painted steel tubular pole 9m long and applying one coat of aluminium red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint to pole and accessories / fittings whatever fixed on pole including marking/writing pole No on each pole with yellow SE paint with 5cm large bold letters on black background of suitable size at a height of 2m above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming / cutting of the tree branches / bushes which falls within a clear distance of 3 meter from all sides from the LT over head conductor & within line of conductors, and shifting waste to nearby waste depot & cleaning area complete. Note :- Horizontal distance of tree touching to the over head lines shall be measured for the purpose of payment

Dismantling / Taking out old unserviceable service cable including batten/ suspending wires complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Service wire connection incl GI wire one twin core 10 sq mm, 2 core 1100 volts grde heavy duty flat or circular cable multi stranded with aluminium conductor PVC insulated served with inner sheathing of PVC tape suspended by insulating hangers not more than one mtr apart incl 4 mm dia GI suspension wire Complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for LT over head line seperator (4 wire in a single opertor) on over head lines complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directely in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of galvanized steel bolts,nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with to Poles, Pannel board etc as directed including funnel, 20 mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm dia cover slab set in CM (1:4) reinforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: GI Earthing strip upto 7.5m in length is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The Strip required beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for taking out LT voltage stablizer from its position for repair and servicing /rewinding of capacity 50 KVA to 150 KVA, including disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable LT side & transport to workshop for service / repairs by dismantling the top portion of the voltage stablizer draining the transformer oil , dismantling & removing the bushes , lifting the winding with the help of crane , cleaning the deposited sherrly / mud at botom of the tank, removing the onserviceable silica gel etc complete & assume the parts of the transformer in total & install its original postion / loc after service / repair& connecting the LT cable , Earth and nutral connection including testing and commissioning. Note:- 1. The rates are to be included the following:- (a) To and from transportation charges from the support/location to work shop. (b) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates. (c) Keeping the LV winding with cranr in electric over for 48 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Testing of BDV value of the transformer oil is to be included in the quoted rates. 2. The required spare parts LV winding, transformer oil etc shall be meassured and paid separately under the relevant item.

Supply & fix in repair brass spindle as per existing size, shape and specification for capacity 50 to 150 KVA 3 phase Voltage stablizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair top cover gasket set as per existing size, shape and specification complete for capacity 50 to 150 KVA, 3 phase Voltage stablizer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of copper winding by using super enameled copper winding wire as per relevant IS and orginal gauge/data,including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound Voltage stablizer complete all as specified and as directed by Eng -in Charge.

Supply and filling top up of transformer oil first hand conforming to IS -335 of 1993 up to desired level of oil for 50 KVA to 150 KVA 3phase Voltage stablizer capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50 KV with 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Transformer oil shall be brought in manufacturer sealed drum at site. Make : As Zonal specification.

Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer/switch have using hot oil filteration plant for remover the moisture contents and carbon deposits from the oil bringing it to the dielectric strengnth not less than 50 KV with 2.5 mm gap after filteration complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs of size 35 Sqmm fixed with MCCBs / busbar in LT panels / Cable incl nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs of size 50 Sqmm fixed with MCCBs / busbar in LT panels / cables incl nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Aluminium lugs of size 95 Sqmm fixed with MCCBs / busbar in LT panels / cables incl nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronge 75 x 75 x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
