Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubish Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area by manual means. (Outer Periphery of the Pond.)

for Dewatering pump 10H.P water area x depth/8.3m3/hour (basic rate + 10% C.P + 5% O.H.C)

E/W in excavation and filling in canal by the hydraulic excavator as per designed section in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item-A) and making the banks with excavated earth in proper profile and clod breaking and laying earth in 225 mm layers beyond 500 m and upto 1000 m and all lifts by tipper including construction and maintenance of haul road all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for earth work in marshy, slushy and daldal soil (vide classification of soil item-F) all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. same as item no. 03.

E/W in excavation of cut-off trenches by hydraulic M/C in grade A&B type of soil including morroum soil, soil mixed with kankar, pebbles and boulders up to 300mm size and disposal of the same beyond 1/2 km up to 1km from centre of the trench with all lifts by tipper including construction and maintenance of haul road all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume) (1/3rd of excavated volume)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Providing random rubble stone masonry in CM (1:4) in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 M3 in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening raking out joints to 20 mm depth, curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Toe Wall)

Trimming & dressing the side slope of dam to proper section with all leads and lifts as per drawing, specification and direction of E/I. (Pond side edge on which boulder pitching to be done)

Labour for rolling and compacting the earth in layers of 225mm thick at O.M.C. by sheep foot roller driven by tractor to achieve minimum 95% of maximum dry density including sprinkling the required quantity of water making arrangement for supply and carriage of water with all leads and lifts finishing the surface with propoer camber , grade super elevation including hire charge of compaction machine and other tools and plants etc all complete as per direction of E/I.
