Firm should quote the specific Make / Brand in single offer not Multi Make / Brand. If any offer is received with multi- brand offer may be rejected. Firm should follow and comply with the given specifications and attached with this tender.

a) This is RCF restricted item and obligatory to be procured from RCF approved/developmental sources only. Offer of other sources will be ignored. Firm to upload valid RCF approval document. b) Any firm quoting on behalf of any RCF approved source must upload the valid tender specific authorization from the OEM i.e. RCF approved source, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. (c) Firm should quote their offered make/brand along with model number.

RCF approved source may upload valid RCF approved list for the tendered item as well as past performance such as previous PO copy, R Note, Inspection Certificate of this Railway, other Railway and Railway production unit while quoting.

Firms those are registered with RCF having item ID:2400044 are only eligible to quote. Other offers are summarily rejected without any back reference.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection to be done by Consignee at Consignee Premises on OEM's TC & GC.

GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted along with the supply.

GST compliant-All the bidders and tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rate is as per GST Law. Firm should quote their valid GST rate in the column and should produce their GST registration number. If Firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.

Packing - materials should be delivered in OEM sealed pack.

F.O.R. : Free at Destination.

MARKING: MANUFACTURER'S IDENTIFICATION MARK ALONG WITH MONTH AND YEAR OF MANUFACTURING TO BE PROVIDED AT SUITABLE PLACE ON MATERIALS OR ON BOXES/CARTONS AS PER DRAWING/ SPECIFICATION AS PER FEASIBILITY AS THE CASE MAY BE.

IF FIRM QUOTES ANY DEVIATION IN ANY UPLOADED DOCUMENT, THE PURCHASER MAY, AT HIS DISCRETION, IGNORE ANY SUCH DEVIATION WHILE ISSUING THE CONTRACT.

Sample to be got approved from consignee before bulk supply.
