(ii) Replacement of old unservicaeble arms with new arms made out of teak wood and French polished as per drg complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Replacement of old unservicaeble front legs of sofa set with new legs made out of teak woood and French polished as per drgs complete all as specified and directed

(iv) Replacement of old unservicaeble rear legs of sofa set with new legs made out of teak wood and French polished as per drg complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Replacement of old unservicaeble batten teak wood with new teak wood, duly French polished to the seat/back of sofa set as per drawings complete all as specified and directed.

(n) SOFA SINGLE SEATER (Drg No GF-39, 55 , 21) :- (i) Replacement of un-serviceable cushion with new U Foam cushion 100 mm thick 40 density. Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon covered with tapestry cloth all as per drg. The tapestry cloth shall be of high quality not less than Rs.150/- per meter and as approved by Garrison Engineer.

(ii) Replacement of old unservicaeble arms with new arms made out of teak wood and French polished as per drg complete all as specified and directed.

(p) REPAIRS TO TABLE DINING 6 PERSONS, (Drg No FD-239 & FD-273) :- (i) Removing unserviceable table top and S&F new table top, of size 1500x900 mm pre laminated particle board with one side decorative laminated and another side plain white, 18 mm thick, interior grade with 18x4 mm teak wood beading all round duly French polished complete all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Removing unserviceable legs and S&F new legs of size 60x60x750 mm made of second class hardwood as per existing pattern duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing unserviceable short side rails of table and S&F new short side rails, as per existing pattern of Second class hardwood duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iv) Removing unserviceable long side rails of table and S&F new long side rails, as per existing pattern of Second class hardwood duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(v) Removing broken corner bracket and S&F new corner bracket of triangular shape of size 100x100x25 mm made of Second class hardwood complete duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(q) REPAIRS TO TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS (Drg No FD-239 & FD-273) :- (i) Removing unserviceable table top and S&F new table top, of size 1800x900 mm pre laminated particle board with one side decorative laminated and another side plain white, 18 mm thick, interior grade with 18x4 mm teak wood beading all round duly French polished complete all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Removing unserviceable legs and S&F new legs of size 60x60x750 mm made of second class hardwood as per existing pattern duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing unserviceable short side rails of table and S&F new short side rails, as per existing pattern of Second class hardwood duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iv) Removing unserviceable long side rails of table and S&F new long side rails, as per existing pattern of Second class hardwood duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(v) Removing broken corner bracket and S&F new corner bracket of triangular shape of size 100x100x25 mm made of Second class hardwood complete duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(r) BED HARD (Drg No FD-246,GF -48) :- (i) Removing unserviceable plywood and S&F new 3 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered on both sides of head board with 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading as per existing and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Removing unserviceable plywood and S&F new 3 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered on both sides of foot rest with 4mm thick half round teak wood beading as per existing and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing broken long rail from the bed hard and S&F new Second class hardwood long rail of size 1980x90x35 mm as per existing pattern with French polish complete all as specified and as directed.

(iv) Removing broken short rail from the bed hard and S&F for new Second class hardwood long rail of size 900x90x35 mm as per existing pattern and French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(v) Removing broken legs and S&F for new legs of Second class hardwood of size 600x600x40 mm as per existing pattern and French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(vi) Removing broken unserviceable head board and S&F new head board as per drawing and French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(vii) Removing broken unserviceable foot rest and S&F new foot rest as per drawing and French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(viii) Removing the unserviceable plywood top and S&F with new top of size 1900x850x12 mm commercial plywood ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

(ix) Removing broken corner bracket and S&F new corner bracket of triangular shape of size 100x100x25 mm made of Second class hardwood complete duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(s) SIDE BOARD (Drg No FD-241) :- (i) Replacement of doors with 18 mm pre-laminated particle board interior grade one side with natural teak wood veneer including butt hinges and knobs complete.

(ii) Replacement of Drawer for table with new drawer made out of pre-laminated particle board on one side 18 mm thick with teak wood edging 4 mm thick all as directed.

(iii) Replacement of Bottom of drawer with new drawer made out of 6 mm thick plywood commercial and fitted in drawer frame all as directed.

(iv) Replacement of Side rail of drawer with new side rail made out of 1st class hardwood (teak) all as directed.

(v) Replacement of old u/s knobs with new Knobs chromium plated 35 mm with bolt and nut all as directed.

(vi) Replacement of old u/s Back of side board with new back of side board made out of 6 mm thick plywood commerical as specified in drg all as directed.

(vii) Replacement of Top and two sides of board with 4 mm thick plywood teak finish all as directed.

(viii) Replacement of Legs of side board made out of 1st class hardwood (teak) all as directed.

(t) Repairs to table 3'x2' with drawer (Drg No FD-41, FD-224,283) : (i) Removing unserviceable table top and S&F new table top of size 3'x2' pre laminated particle board, one side decorated laminated and other side plain, 18 mm thick, interior grade with 18x4 mm teak wood beading all round duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Removing broken legs and S&F new legs of size 740 mm long, 60 mm at top and 40 mm at bottom of Second class hardwood with French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing broken drawer and S&F new drawer, sides and rear made with 12 mm thick second class HW planks and front sides made with PB 18 mm thick exterior grade with 18x4 mm teakwood beading all round duly French polished and bottom 6 mm thick, BWR grade plywood and knob/handle all as specified and as directed.

(iv) Replacement of old long stiffner with new long stiffner as per drgs.

(v) Replacement of old short stiffner with new short stiffner as per drgs.

(vi) Replacement of old unserviceable long rails with new long rails made out of 1st class teak wood as per drgs.

(vii) Replacement of old unserviceable short rails with new short rails made out of 1st class teak wood as per drgs.

(u) REPAIRS TO TABLE, 3'x2' WITHOUT DRAWRE (Drg No FD-42 M, FD-231,239) :- (i) Removing unserviceable table top and S&F new table top of size 3'x2', pre laminated particle board, one side decorative lamination and other side plain, 18 mm thick, interior grade with 18x4 mm teak wood beading ar round duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Removing broken legs and S&F new legs of size 740 mm long, 60 mm at top and 40 mm at bottom of second class hardwood with French polished complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Replacement of old unserviceable long rails with new long rails made out of 1st class teak wood as per drgs.

(iv) Replacement of old unserviceable short rails with new short rails made out of 1st class teak wood as per drgs.

(v) Replacement of old long stiffner with new long stiffner as per drgs.

(vi) Replacement of old short stiffner with new short stiffner as per drgs.

(v) REPAIRS TO TABLE DINING 3'x3' (Drg No FD-88) :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable top of table dining with 18mm pre lamination particle board including 18x4 mm teak wood beading all round edge of table including french polishing.

(ii) Leg of table dining 3x3 with 1st teak wood including french polish

(v) Repair and replace, old unserviceable back with new back of plywood 6 mm thick commercial quality all as specified and directed

CHAIR VARANDAH (Drg No FD -19,FD-256,FD-259) (i) Removing old cane, shoes and recaning, replaced shoes after applying one coat of synthetic white enamel paint on frame of chair varandha all as specified shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-charge

M&L for scraping the existing polished and smoothen surface with sand paper of grades 2 to 9, filling up the crevices and holes with proper readymade filler or paste of raw sienna in sufficient quantity to obtain desired colour to match the colour of wood works. Repairs to Almirah large/medium steel (Drg No FD-67,1032) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable old locks fromAlmirah steel supply and fix new lock made out of steel body grade I type of 75 mm size with six brass levers (Make Algrah) and with duplicate keys, all and fixed to the steel Almirah with four screw or as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Removing exisisting unserviceable handle from steel Almirah, supply & fix new steel chromium plated handle of 150 mm size all as per Godrej pattern and fixed to steel Almirah with hexogonal nut & steel pin of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(c) Taking out existing shelves of any size carrying out all minor repairs to the shelves, refixing the same to the steel Almirah with providing four Nos of new cleats with nuts&bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(e) Removing the dents,bends of steel Almirah welding to broken portion, rectifying all minor defects and repairs. M&L for preparation of steel surface of almirah (inside and out side) including doors shelves and legs. Providing high class glossy finish with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier where ever required complete for the following as directed:- (i) For Almirah large steel

CHARPOY GI PIPE (Drg No FD-220, FD-386,) :- i) Removing the existing unserviceabe nylon newar,tightening all the check nuts, elbow, long rails shorts and legs to hold the charpoy tight and to weld 4 nos MS cleats of size 25mm x6mm (2 Each at equal distance at both side of long rail) and to fix 02 nos MS square tube on cleats at equal distance 25 mm x25mm x 1.6 mm thick to support the ply and supply and supply and fixing commercial plywood 12mm thick BWR having on all the sides of plywood with 1 st class teakood beading of size 12mm x 6mm applying french polishing to lipping including fixing to the MS square tube with appropriate machine screws (12 Nos) duly approved complete all as specified and as directed. . Make ( Green ply / duston with ISI Mark ) The MS Square tube be welded and to be painted with one coat of primer and one coat of primer and one coat of SE paint after completly removing / chipping off the welding scales. ( MS square tube should be fixed on MS cleats apprpriatly drilling holes on both be fixed with machine screw and plywood should be fixed with MS clamps.

(ii) Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe elbow from GI pipe charpoy and S&F new GI elbow 32 mm bore with ISI mark, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy and S&F new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed.

(iv) Taking down existing unserviceable GI Pipe long rail 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy and refixing the same after cutting, threading suitable and fixing with existing old serviceable elbow complete all as specified and as directed.

(v) Taking down existing unserviceable GI Pipe short rail 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy, cutting, threading suitable and fixing with existing old serviceable elbow complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY FOULDING IP WITH NYLON NEWAR TP i) Removing existing unserviceable ply wood top or newar from the charpoy foulding and supplying and fixing new 8mm thick plywood ISI marked commercial fixing with screw including thickness of ply at equal distance to GI pipe fram of charpoy and fixing the plywood top with MS machine made screw bolt with counter sunk head at one end and other end screwed with washers and one hexagonal nut of 75 mm long dia of neck 5mm and need welding to be repair applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to stiffeners after one coat of paint primer complete as directed by Eng -in - charge

TEAPOY VARANDAH ( Drg No FD-35,255) :- (i) Top of Teapoy Varandha 18mm thick pre laminated particle board including 4mm thick Ist class HW beeding of edge all as directed.
