Construction of Village fish abd Vegetable market in Budalur Block .

Earth work excavation in all class of Soil except hard rock requiring blasting with intial lead and lift etc. Complete for foundation as per SS 20B.

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick, well watered ,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Providing floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete(below)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Exterior emulsion two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Providing tubular section of size 80mmX40mmX3.5mm

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvanised sheet for roofing including all labour charges for fixing necessary bolt,nuts,screws,"J"or "U" bolts etc..,,,

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance o all material to site and all labour charges etc,,.

Filling with M.sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc,,.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavementshaving thickness 60mm and compacted over thin bedding sand layer of 25mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specifiedgradine as per table 1500.6 of specification etc,,.
