REPAIR MAINT OF DISTRIBUTION LINES AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE NARANGI

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00m beyond first 1.50m and getting out in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation the surface across the metal road by cutting road surface/by digging trench less tunnel for passing pipe of size up to 500 mm dia including making good the existing surface with proper PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and applying two coats of black paint suitable for concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up / down the 200mm size CI/DI water mains and connections/fittings of any type from trenches/ walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re-use in old / new location/diversion by burning lead joints/ tyton joint/rubber gasket joint or kept aside for further disposal complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Necessary earthwork, if any , will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) .

Supplying, laying and testing 200 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-9, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of the 200mm bore size CI/DI water mains after thoroughly cleaning, with new fittings fixed to wall/ceiling/floor or laid in trenches including new tyton rubber gasket/ lead joints, CI/DI pipes and reducing to required length in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc. before laying complete all as specified and as directed. . Note : Excavation , earth work and DI fittings will be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up / down the 250mm size CI/DI water mains and connections/fittings of any type from trenches/ walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re-use in old / new location/diversion by burning lead joints/ tyton joint/rubber gasket joint or kept aside for further disposal complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Necessary earthwork, if any , will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) .
