Preparing old painted steel surfaces of Almirah large with shelves,including removing dents/bends, scraping and cleaning the surfaces and painting internal & external surfaces with spray gun with synthetic enamel paint to a uniform finish of approved colour/shade all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for Repairs to Almirah steel large/ medium with shelf by Removal of old unsv lock and S & F with new lock MS (6 levers) Godrej pattern with duplicate keys of size as suitable to Almirah. [ Drg No. FD- 1031, 1033, 104 ]

M & L for repairs to almirah steel large/medium with shelf by removal of unserviceable handles and S & F new MS CP handle 125mm/130mm long as suitable to Almirah. [ Drg No. FD- 1031, 1033, 104 ]

M& L for repairs to almirah steel large/medium with shelf by removal of unserviceable locking assembly made out of mild steel rod of existing size suitable to almirah with lock of Godrej pattern (6 levers with duplicate keys). [ Drg No. FD- 1031, 1033, 104 ]

M & L for spot arc welding steel furniture of any type i.e Almirah steel large/medium with shelf chair TTA, Chair TTB Chair Verandah, Charpoy GI ply top ,by spot welding of broken joints not exceeding 2.5cm length to steel furniture including scrapping and preparing surfaces of welded portion duly grinding and buffing to fit for painting and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on weld all as specified and as directed. M & L for removing the existing unserviceable top of table office officer steel and S & F new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated 3 layered melamine faced particle board exterior grade of size 1370mm x 760mm with and including 18mm wide and 4mm thick teak wood beading duly polished. [ Drg No. FD- 84, 1002, 1003 ]

Removing of unserviceable ready made seat of chair tubular steel type 'A'. S&F new ready made seat of godrej pattern with full threaded screw with nut and bolt of length 60 mm or as shown on drg including painting of steel frame with one or two coats of synthetic enemel paints as in original after preparing of surface or as directed by Engr - In- charge. [ Drg No. FD- 75 ]

Removing of unserviceable ready made Back of chair tubular steel type 'A'. S&F new ready made seat of godrej pattern with full threaded screw with nut and bolt of length 60 mm or as shown on drg including painting of steel frame with one or two coats of synthetic enemel paints as in original after preparing of surface or as directed by Engr - In- charge. [ Drg No. FD- 75 ]

Removing of unserviceable arms of chair tubular steel type 'A' S&F ready made arms made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood duly polished black in colour with suitable screw and as shown on drg or as directed by Engr - In - charge. [ Drg No. FD- 75 ]

Removing of unserviceable ready made seat of chair tubular steel type 'B'. S&F new ready made seat of godrej pattern with full threaded screw with nut and bolt of length 60 mm or as shown on drg including painting of steel frame with one or two coats of synthetic enemel paints as in original after preparing of surface or as directed by Engr - In- charge. Removing of unserviceable Back of chair tubular steel type 'B'. S&F new ready made back of godrej pattern with suitable screw and as shown on drg including painting of steel frame with one or two coats of synthetic enemel paints as in original after preparing of surface or as directed by Engr - In - charge. [ Drg No. FD- 75 ]

Removing unserviceable cane plastic from chair verandah, applying two coats of white snthetic enamel paint to all parts of frame after scraching of old paint and recaning with 4mm wide semi circular approved quality mat pattern caning all as specified and directed. & fixing new PVC shoes in legs or as directed by engr- In- charge. [ Drg No. FD- 75 ]

Removing of old UNSV particle board top and bottom and back alongwith both sides of desk student steel. S&F new top and bottom and back alongwith both sides with suitable screw of desk student steel of pre laminated particle board of 18/19 mm thick of exterier grade, one side teak face and other side white along with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round duly french polished and suitable screw as in original to fix or as directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Drawing table classroom with stool (TP) :

M&L for removing of old existing particle board top of drawing table of size 3'x2'x 12 mm thick. S&F New top of drawing table along with 4 mm thick teak wood beadings all round duly polished with french polish all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of old UNSV PVC shoes of legs. S&F New PVC shoes of leg of drawing table classroom with stool (as per sample )

M&L for tighlening of loose parts of Drawing table classroom along with servicing with appropriate spare parts of drawing table classroom as in original or shown on drg or directed by Engr -In-charge

M & L for spot arc welding in stool of drawing table classroom of broken joints not exceeding 2.5cm length,including scrapping and preparing surfaces of welded portion duly grinding and buffing to fit for painting and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on weld all as specified and as directed by Engr-In - Charge
