Over hauling and repair to Electronic Chemical Dosing Pump Granual based chloronome plants by cleaning the FRP 150 Ltrs Tank, and cleaning of filters and NRV , checking the delivery pipe line for chocking and cleaning the chlorination plant and maintaining properly including checking the level of oil in the gauge and topping up as and when required, checking the glands and maintain the plant in all respect and replacement of minor spare for smooth functioning of Chlorination Plant at various locations on half yearly basis all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the cost of replacement of minor spares for routine day to day maintenance and necessary servicing to keep the plants in running condition on all days including Sundays and holidays for the period of six months, Replacement of other major spares included in subsequent items shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only Teflon gland square type 3 mm for Chlorination plant.

Supply only Rubber ring for mixing chamber for Chlorination plant.

Supply only PVC diaphram valve 25 mm dia heavy duty for Chlorination plant.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes f pressure rating 10Kgf/cm2 SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors of size 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.\

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 100 HP induction motor squirrel cage induction electrical motor , 3 phase, 415 volts incl disconnecting all electrical connections ,decoupling from pump,taking down the motor from foundation , cleaning and varnishing the stator & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump,checking alignment connecting all electrical connections,checking the vibrations, RPM, DOR and testing on full load all as directed and specified

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 100 HP centrifugal pump set of any make, dismantling and taking down pump after disconnecting water supply connections,decoupling from motor removing out impeller, cleaning, descaling , greasing to bearings incl replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearingsDE & NDE, pump shaft sleeves, coupling pully, pump shaft etc. Assembly in the pump with new packing materials, nuts, bolts& washers , gland bolt & packing,coupling bushes ,coupling bolts and coupling with motor checking for vibration & alignment connecting delivery and suction pipe, testing the pump set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of Monoblock pump set 15 HP, taking out impeller, cleaning, descaling & greasing to bearings incl replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings DE & NDE, gland flange, etc. Cleaning and varnishing the starter and rotar, winding, heating and drying replacement of burnt terminals of motor assembling in the pump with new packing materials nuts, bolts, washers checking alignment connecting all electrical/water connections,checking the vibrations& alignment, RPM,DOR , testing the pump set on full load all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) Cost of small U/S parts such as new packing materials, nuts, bolts & washers , gland bolt & packing, coupling bushes , coupling bolts are is deemed to be included in quoted rates '(ii) major unserviceable spares as listed in item 16 to 28 below will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for replacement of 3 Pole power contractor AC 415 V 95 Amps , AC3, Type MNX 95 , 2 NO + 2 NC 50 Hz Model No MNX 95 in the existing starter suitable for 100/60 HP Pump set all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacing of Single phase preventer for motor in the existing panel board with new one at water supply installations and taking down old unserviceable items.
