Construction of RCC retaining wall and lining for incomplete patches at different RDs in between 28735 m to 38815 m of GBC of Rengali Right Irrigation Project.

Excavation in canal/ foundation of structures by mannual/mechanical means in all kinds of soil (This shall include ordinary soil, hard soil, gravelly soil, slushy soil, stoney earth mixed with gravels, pebbles, stone boulders not exceeding 0.5 cum by volume, stiff heavy clay, hard shale, compacted moorum soling of road path, sand, silt etc.) in both wet and dry condition, shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, piling, dewatering wherever necessary providing coffer dam, diverting the water away from working areas, dressing, levelling the canal bed and sides as per drawing and specifications and removing the excavated materials with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 22.50cm (9") in depth in the embankment sections under OMC condition to receive compaction after breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and depositing the excess materials in spoil banks or any other specified space by mechanical/manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts complete with all costs for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, approach road, diversion road, coffer dam, royalty, cess, T & P etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made on finished level section)

Excavation in canal /foundation of structures by manual/mechanical means in D.I rock, fractured rock, soft rock, laterite rock, sand stone, lime stone not requiring blasting interspersed with boulders up to 0.5 cum in volume in both wet and dry condition including all accessories, machine charges etc. and depositing the excavated materials either in spoil banks or in specified space by mechanical/mannual means with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, piling, dewatering wherever necessary with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and providing coffer dam including diverting the water away from the work site and dressing & levelling the canal bed and sides/foundation of structures by manual/mechanical means complete with all costs for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, approach road, diversion road, coffer dam, royalty, cess, T & P etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made on finished level section)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete confirming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 20mm size and down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregate, sharp sand and cement of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing in concrete mixer/batching and mixing plant with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical/manual means including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, Addl. Charge, cess etc. of all materials including dewatering by suitable means with all costs, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying all T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gangways and scaffolding, chute, coffer dam with all materials, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work, approach road, diversion road and site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawings and specification with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete of grade M-15 in approved surface using 20mm size & down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregate, sharp sand and cement of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification for concrete linning to the bed and slope of the canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in pannels including trimming and dressing of canal bed slopes including cutting trenches to the sleeper beams, keys & drain etc. mixing in concrete mixure/batching and mixing plant with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical/manual means including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other charges of all materials, labour, cess etc. complete including dewatering by suitable means with all costs, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gangways and scaffolding, chute, coffer dam with all materials, hire & running charges of machineries required for the work, approach road, diversion road & site illumination etc. as per approved drawings and specification complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/ manual means and laying in layers including watering, ramming and compacting by suitable means with all leads, lifts and delifts, royalty, cess etc. and all cost incidental to the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F-1 finish in canal structures for PCC/RCC work using steel shuttrer plates of approved specifications for all surface including supply of shutter plate and all other materials, T&P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechanical/ manual means, dismantling & removing of form work, making good to the surface where ever necessary and finishing complete with all cost for mobilisation and demobilisation, construction & maintenance of coffer dam, diversion road, approach road & site illumination and royalty, cess, etc. with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including all costs incidental to the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, providing and straightening the coiled or bent up uncoated HYSD bars, cutting, bending and placing the grills in position with ties, chairs, spacers and binding with binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, lapping, splicing, welding the joints where ever necessary for R.C.C works as per approved design, drawing with all costs, conveyance, cess, royalty etc. with all leads, lifts and de-lifts of the reinforcement bars, binding wire and all other materials with cost for mobilisation, demobilisation, construction and maintenance of diversion road, approach road and site illumination etc. with all costs incidental to the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of binding wire, overlapping, wastage, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire for binding and placing shall not be considered for measurement & payment in any shape at all)

Providing P.V C water stop for drainage gallery or for any other required place as per approved design including fixing in proper alignmemt and joining with araldite etc including, cost, conveyance, royalty etc. of all materials, labour and all other charges incidental to the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing weep holes in masonry/plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall etc. of specific size with 100mm dia AC/ PVC Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope 1V:20H towards drowning face at regular intervals as per the approved design, drawing and tehnical specification including cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, Addl. Charge, cess with all leads, lifts and de-lifts of all materials required for the work and including cost of inverted filter packing in rear side of the walls as per specification with all costs, labour, T&P etc. with all costs incidental to the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
