Notes: (i) The work is to be executed upto a height of 10.00m from the groung level anq the quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this aspect. (ii) THe quoted rate shall be deemed to include for element of special scaffolding required for executing this item.

M&L for demolition of highly deteriorated portion of RCC beams, pillars, chajjas and lintels etc. at height upto 3.00m and applying based bonding agent Shali SRB latex of STP Ltd or equivalent on concrete surface as per manufacturer's recommendations, casting RCC member cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with plasticiser admixture powder STP No. 1 of STP Ltd or equivalent @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement or in proportion recommended by the manufacturer including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Grouting of cracks, cleaning of existing reinforcement with rust remover, application of anti-corrosive paint and replacement of reinforcement wherever necessary before recasting RCC shall be measured and paid for separately. However, cost factor towards special scaffolding required for carrying out these items of work at various heights shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
