Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank for foundation, with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m including shoring, strutting and all other incidental works, as directed by the departmental Officers in the following classification of soil. Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders.
Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight course aggregate of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, consolidating, finishing etc. complete.
Reinforced cement concrete M30 design mix using 10mm and 20mm Hard Broken Stone. Refilling the foundation with excavated Soil (other than sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick, watering, well ramming, consolidating, complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer .
Providing Cut stone set in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) using well dressed cut stone supporting inlet pipe of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.15m for service reservoir etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC 1:1.5:3 design mix of ISS gauge 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.
Supply,delivery and fixing in position of CI Manhole frame with cover of size 0.60m x 0.60 (heavy duty) etc.complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.
Supply and fixing in position ventilator of reinforcement cement concrete RCC M20 design mix 50 CM wide/diametre of approved pattern and design including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, shuttering, strutting, curing and fixing in position on the roof slab with mosquito proof net arrangement etc., complete. and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.
Providing pipe connection by lifting pipes and specials in vertical direction and placing the same for required alignment including lifting the pipes and specials in various heights of inlet, outlet, overflow and scour including earthwork excavation conveying the pipe and specials into the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment cutting, threading and jointing with jointing materials with required specification including labour charges and supply of valves pipes, specials MS Clamps to fix the pipes with the columns including all taxes duties and connected charges etc. complete and taxes duties and connected charges etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Disposal of surplus earth including loading & unloading, conveyance within a distance of 3 Km and spreading as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Supply and fixing of M20 design mix RCC hand rails of 0.9 m height over the top of the roof slab of approved pattern and design including the cost of cement, reinforcement, centering, precasting, finishing, curing cement painting the surfaces etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.
Construction of RCC Spiral stair case in RCC M20 design mix concrete of 2.30m dia of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC hand rails as per type design No.Sanitary Engineer/PH(M) NO.18/64 - 65 Sanitary Engineer(PH) 3/64 including necessary earth work excavation in various classification of soils met with at the site of work for providing foundation concrete in CC 1:4:8 mix, RCC footing M30 mix, GL platform etc., including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering precasting charges, cement painting the surfaces etc.,complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. The staircase shall be braced to the column of Service Reservoir at suitable interval
Supply, delivery and fixing in position of enamel coated "water level indicator" with all accessories of approved pattern and design, in the outer surface of the side wall of Sump to read the water level of the required height and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.
