Providing and straightening of stem rod by hot forming and cutting of helical square threads on stem rod as per sample pitch size of helical square threads of the damaged one to have a perfect constrained motion with the worm of winch machine. Providing and fitting of new bearings – 02 nos., Providing and fitting of worm-1 no. as per the teeth profile, size and material of the sample damaged one. Greasing of all mating parts of the winch machine and welding and finishing of the housing of winch machine for its proper fitting. Welding the localized spots of weak welded joints between outer casing of winch machine & base plate at workshop, welding to gate leaf at broken spots, alignment of skin plate of gate. Greasing of mating parts of the winch machine, Reassembling of winch machine. Loading, Carriage of winch machine to site. Unloading of winch charges and hire charges of tools and tackles. machine at site & then fitting of winch machine onto the cross members along with nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size/s. Testing of winch machine by raising of gate leaf to suitable height.
