SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (OPERATION AND MANNING OF EXISTING OFF GRID SOLAR PLANT)

Manning & Operation of 01 Nos 100 KWP Solar Plants alongwith its connected equipment i.e control panels, battery banks and PV modules etc in shifts of 8 hours per day by employing qualified or experienced technician installed at solar distribution network in Chieswema area by maintaining attendance register of staff employee all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Contractor shall quote his rates for maint and operation of 01 Nos Solar Plants at other eqpt maint and operation of plant areas, monitoring/recording of plants energy product/distribution details with following terms and conditions :- (a) Contractor will produce character certificate belonging minimum 2 years of the staff employed and contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of technician. (c) All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, communications, stationery, insurance of tradesman etc as per specified in this job are deemed to be included in the quotes rate. (d) All payments of labours will be done through Nationalized banks and produced the bank statement to department before claiming bills. (e) PENALTY CHARGES If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by this contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (i) Absent on duty of Technician – Rs.1000 per shift (ii) Not cleaning of PV Module and Plant area – Rs.2500 per plant/month (iii) Note : The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid separately. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Array Junction Box (AJB) as per existing size/capacity complete at as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Field Junction Box (FJB) as per existing size/capacity complete at as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Main Junction Box (MJB) as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of PV Module (Photo-Voltaic Cell) as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of PV Circuit breaker PC Box of 250 Amps capacity complete as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Voltage meter complete all as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Ampere meter complete all as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of solar Exhaust fan complete all as per existing size/capacity complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of solar DC cable of 6.0 Sqmm complete all as directed and specified.

Repair/Maint of old existing inverter of system voltage 240/360/460 Volts by inspecting, repair of replacement of internet part complete alongwith DC wiring connection PCBs indicators. Volts & Amp Meters (Digital/Analogue type) and make the inverter functional by connecting to existing battery bank all as specified and directed.

Fixing only battery bank of suitable capacity (500/500/1000 AH) from store room to solar plant site and connecting in existing system by taking down old unserviceable battery bank from system complete & make the plant functional in all respect including connection upto inverter complete all as specified & directed. Note:1 1. The new battery bank (500/600/1000 AH) will be supplied as schedule ‘B’ stores free for fixing only. 2. The old battery bank is issued as schedule of credit to the contractor. 3. The battery bank qty is 180 or 240 Nos.
