CAMC of internal electrification as per list of assets - Internal Electrification at - S. No. 1 to 32 for CCE(N) Office and Line Accomodation as per list of assets . CAMC includes repair and replacement of unserviceable any type /size lamps, tubes, point wiring, light fitting and fixtures, Ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, MCBs, RCCBs and connected accessories complete all as directed and specified as per site requirement.

AMC of Air conditioners as per list of assets serial No. 19 to 22 with connected accessories for CCE(R&D) office & Line accommodation complete equipments at site ensuring its serviceability by rectification /replacement of unserviceable parts & keeping it in good working condition including attending breakdown all as specified & directed. Item coverd Under AMC :- Fan Morter, PCB , Magnetic Switch,transformer, Refrigerent. Item Not covered in AMC :- Compressor body, Sheet metal part, Circuit breaker, condensor, evaporator coil.

CAMC of complete Water supply, Plumbing, sanitary system connected with CCE(R&D) North & Line Accomodation only i.e. sluice valves, Gate valve, NRV, Ball Valve, Sumps, Overhead tank,Distribution pipe lines ( Including Cutting , Chasing of existing surface and making good) , Bib cock, Long body, short body, Water mixture, Pillar cock, Angle valve, Two way angle valve, urinals, Hand spray, Sink, Bottle trap, Mixture connection Pipe, Hand shower, & all connected accessories complete equipments at site ensuring its serviceability by rectification / replacement of unserviceable parts & keeping it in good working condition including attending breakdown all as specified & directed.

AMC EPABX system installed at CCE(R&D) North Development Enclave, Delhi Cantt as per list of assets of EPABX system of S.No.1 ensuring its serviceability by rectification /replacement of unserviceable parts & keeping it in good working condition, Regular / Preventive / Periodical Servicing. Attending break down all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
