S & F in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete,incl removal of old unserviceable coil of any description all as specified and directed.

M & L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 incl taking down old glass and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100 m and deposited where directed.

Note for item No 31 : The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting. (b) Taking down existing glass from coping. (c) Scaffolding for execution of work and protective measures shall be taken by the contractor its own without any extra expenditure to Govt.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs not exceeding 10 Cm length & thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L in repairs Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work / stone masonry/PCC block built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white washing on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in plain cement concrete PCC coping 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and pigment incl removal of old and necessary demolition all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer all as specified and directed and demolition of old concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying one coat of exterior emulsion (APEX) weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :-(a) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for removal of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land.

M&L applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer, including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair to leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damaged portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Repair to leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damaged soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 29 & 30 :- (a) Find out main cause of leakage and take necessary steps to resolve / rectify. (b) Replace existing tiles in case leakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate also include provision of new NT/FT. (d) The unit rate is also deemed to be included for reqd bonding chemicals to arrest the leakage/seepage as directed by the manufacturer's specification. M&L Cleaning and Removing silt, grit , mud and other materials from covered drain in foul condition including removing materials from the site to outside MD land including necessary removing cover slabs and replacing after cleaning area including making good any damages complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 32 :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth at sides of drain of any width and depth up to 30 cm. cleaning/cutting the grass around 1 m from drain (both sides) and removing the grass waste to outside MD land. Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level . Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

Dismantling the existing unservicible gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of new salt glazed stoneware gully trap, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 in chamber with plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, all around finished even and fair using extra cement, Precast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, reinforcement with 8 mm dia in both ways etc, including provision of handle etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/pumping contaiminated sewage water/ sludge from septic tank/soakage well/ incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugin incoming sewage line suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccum and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed. Note :- Contractor is advised to ascertain the suitable place earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractor and no representation or objection in this regard shall be entertained at any later stage.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) setting in CM 1:6 work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shelves and similar articles with plain faces and demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in Hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impression of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified including demolition of old concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates etc but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in framed work as in doors or gates of angle, tubes or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,guard bar etc., complete, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floor of SWT surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound and demolition of old Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment incl removal of old paver blocks and necessary demolition all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement laid to slope in panels, including necessary demolition of old concrete all as speecified and as directed.

Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, removing and replaing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary beding in cement mortor/Sand filling.
