Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmX3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level (depth of pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections by using copper strip of size 20x3 mm thick (upto body of equipment/DG Set) by means of copper/brass bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, connected to main switch board or main control board, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm bore, and watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover (In lieu of CI Cover), all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I, 2009), testing on completion including test point terminal block including taking down old unsv earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs and jointed in any description including taking down of old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs and jointed in any description including taking down of old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs and jointed in any description including taking down of old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall including taking down of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
