Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavements exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified. Note : (i) Demolition shall be carried out by cutting the slabs with diamond cutter in small pieces. (ii) Suitable cranes & Hilti Bolts shall to used to take out the concrete pieces to avoid damage to the adjoining pavement. (iii) Damage caused to the subgrade, adjoining concrete pavement during demolition shall be made good by the contractor with the same specification without any extra cost to deptt.

M&L for 400 Micron HDPE sheet with maximum standard width available and as approved by GE without joint, manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% virgin raw material, conforming to IS: 10889:2004, laid over 10mm thick sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlap and wastage complete all as specified.

M&L for 300mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix using 20mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/sq cm in pavement using non-circular/triangular synthetic fibre 'Recron 3 S @ 1.00 Kg/cum laid to level, gradient and chamber, spread, paved, compacted & finished including making necessary joints, filling with sealent and form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The top surface of the concrete shall be matched with the existing pavement. (ii) Joints of suitable width shall be cut by diamond cutter in the concrete pavement. (iii) Joints shall be cleaned by compressed air all as specified. (iv) Joints shall be sealed with cold applied, fuel resistant, polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s STP Ltd (ShaliSeal PU PG 2K), M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including priming coat & back up rod as specified.

M&L for Finishing surface of concrete by brooming all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raking out the existing sealing compound from joints 26 to 30 mm wide, upto a depth of 30 mm from the existing concrete pavements and removing the spilled sealing compound from the edge of the joints, removing the old loosened sealing compound and all foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1000 metre and depositing as directed, cleaning the same by compressed air,vaccume cleaner, brooms and coir brushes, preparing and priming the sides and bottom of joints with primer and filled with cold applied fuel resistant polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s STP Ltd (ShaliSeal PU PG 2K), M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including supply & laying back up rod of suitable size to maintain depth of sealent 20 mm minimum complete all as specified.

M&L for Raking out the existing sealing compound from expansion joints 30 to 35 mm wide, upto a depth of 30 mm from the existing concrete pavements and removing the spilled sealing compound from the edge of the expansion joints, removing the old loosened sealing compound and all foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1000 metre and depositing as directed, cleaning the same by compressed air, vaccum cleaners, brooms and coir brushes, preparing and priming the sides and bottom of joints with primer and filled with cold applied fuel resistant polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s STP Ltd (ShaliSeal PU PG 2K), M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including supply and laying backup rod of suitable size to maintain depth of sealant 20 mm minimum complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raking out the existing sealing compound from joints 19 to 25 mm wide, upto a depth of 30 mm from the existing concrete pavements and removing the spilled sealing compound from the edge of the construction joints, removing the old loosened sealing compound and all foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1000 metre and depositing as directed, cleaning the same by compressed air, vaccume cleaner brooms and coir brushes, preparing and priming the sides and bottom of joints with primer and filled with cold applied fuel resistant polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s STP Ltd (ShaliSeal PU PG 2K), M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including supply and laying backup rod of suitable size to maintain depth of sealant 20 mm minimum complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raking out the existing sealing compound from joints 10 to 12 mm wide upto a depth of 30 mm from the existing concrete pavements and removing the spilled sealing compound from the edge of the dummy joints, removing the old loosened sealing compound and all foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1000 metre and depositing as directed, cleaning the same by compressed air, vaccume cleaner, brooms and coir brushes, preparing and priming the sides & bottom of the joints with primer and filled with cold applied fuel resistant polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s STP Ltd (ShaliSeal PU PG 2K), M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including supplying and laying back up rod of suitable size to maintain depth of sealing compound 20mm minimum complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for serial Item No. 1.05, 1.06, 1.07 & 1.08 : (i) The depth of sealant 20 mm shall be maintaned by providing backup rod which is included in quoted rate. (ii) The finished level of sealed joints shall be on an average 3 mm below the top surface of slab pavement. Total depth of racking out 30 mm is inclusive of this 3 mm empty top. Thickness of sealant shall be maintained as 20 mm.

M&L for Repair to damaged and/or broken edges, corners of the existing cement concrete slabs of runway/ PTT/ Dispersals by cutting upto a depth of 5 cm, damaged, spoiled exists in concrete pavements, slabs to rectangular or square in cross section and removing all loose, foreign materials and dust etc by any mechanical means as directed and disposing off the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1000 metre, cleaning the surfaces thoroughly with brush and compressed air and applying a coat of Epoxy primer & filled with epoxy mortar as specified including necessary from work, where required, all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. All the components of epoxy mortar such as resin, hardner, fillers, sand etc shall be formulated by company itself and it shall be brought at site in sealed condition with company packing. 2. Company packing once opened, the whole materials shall be consumed within one hour and left over material shall not be reused. 3. Before executing the work at the site , all the required material shall brought to site in a single lot as approved and recorded in MB with test certificates and guarantee certificates issued by the manufacturer.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified

Removing excavated material (spoil) outside the MoD land, including loading, unloading and stacking, complete all as specified. Note: The Contractor will remove excavated material outside the MoD land to disposal ground arranged by the contractor .

M&L for ploughing the ground to a depth averaging 30cm including picking the stone,pebbles,brick bats etc exc 5cm (max dimension) or other foreign material like grass,vegetation etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The material picked up in the above item will be disposed off by contractor out of MD land. (ii) useful material if any approved by Engr-in-Charge will be shifted to MES store yard.

Bringing earth obtain from item no 1.11 & 1.22, spreading, levelling, watering & rolling earth with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to reqd gradient & camber all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Useful soil obtained from item No 1.11 & 1.22 shall be used.

Bringing approved earth from outside MD land, including spreading levelling, watering & rolling with 8 -10 Tonne power roller in layers to reqd gradient & camber reqd all as specified.

M & L for 150mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S & F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including necessary accessories such as ball bearing, clamps etc required for erection and hanging of wind shock balloon complete all as specified. Note : (i) Ball bearing shall be of suitable size of make NBC/SKF (ii) Fabric baloon shall be provided by the users.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surface and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as in kerb stones chamfered or round edges of approved make set in CM 1:4 including necessary excavation & removal of spoil all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) laid in trenches and through ducts with aluminium conductor 1100 Volt Grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core including necessary joint materials wherever applicable complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured

M&L for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

S & F in replacement avition obstruction light yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing with five parallel circuits max 10 to 12 watt consumption with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj/Philips/C&S/Havells
