2.8.1 Earthwork inexcavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.9.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses , plinth and string courses etc.

5.9.3 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for – suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

30.38 Desilting the canal by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass , buses etc., complete in unhygenic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 1KM without polluting the environment by manual means.

NON-PSR Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover slabs of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand) on all faces of slab but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:1 1/2 :3 (One Cement, one and a half coarse sand and three graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size).
