SPL REPAIRS/ WIDENING OF ROADS, INTERLOCKING TILES AND DRAINAGE AT CERTAIN UNIT OF MORABADI POCKET OF RANCHI MIL STN UNDER GE RANCHI

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deepfrom soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base floor surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath parks lawns drive ways or light trafic parking etc. or required strength thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory methode using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over mould laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per requirement size and pattern finishing and sweeping exta sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggreate) as in coping etc similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at rate of 05 kg per 10 sqm of road surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete. Rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as specified and as directed.
