Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates from Approved quarry of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but excluding GST

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmannual means . Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but Excluding cost of Emulsion & GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen V.G._10 using Bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom . Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but Excluding cost of Bitumen, HMP & GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded Premix Surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade VG-10 to required line, grade level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by H.M.P., laying and rolling with a smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonne capacity finished to required level and grades.(Material will be dumped at Thulendi H.M.P.) Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but Excluding cost of Bitumen, HMP charges & GST.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross falls using type "C" seal coat including cost of material, labour, plant, mechinery and T&P, all labour etc. complete as per PWD specification.(Material will be dumped at Thulendi H.M.P.) Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but Excluding cost of Bitumen, HMP charges & GST.

Construction of shoulder with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes etc. complete but Excluding cost of GST.
