Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonary, built in cement moratar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' brick tiles in brick-on-edge wall (less than 1/2 brick thick), built in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement or cement plaster any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or Concrete Surfaces Mixing WPC @ 3% by wt of cement and finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n.exc 200 mm thick (horizental or slopping) fair finished flat surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to edges of concrete flats, treads,break in floor & roofs n.exc 20 cm wide horizontal or slooping and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured, glossy finish Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded coloured glossy finish precast cement concrete interlocking pavers blocks / tiles Grade M-35 made with grey cement and no pigment manufactured by automatic hydraulic compression with high compressive strength ,any size, pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion in patteerns with different colour paver block /tiles as in path, complete all as spd and directed

M&L for 80mm thick rubber moulded coloured glossy finish precast cement concrete interlocking pavers blocks / tiles Grade M-40 made with grey cement and no pigment manufactured by automatic hydraulic compression with high compressive strength ,any size, pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion in patteerns with different colour paver block /tiles as in path, complete all as spd and directed
