Cost towards complete dismantling of 75 H.P centrifugal pump having 1475 rpm, Discharge-90 m3/hr, Head-103 meter whole body from base plate and opening, dismantling & cleaning of pump then special repairing of pump with M/F Stainless steel pump shaft-1 No. as per sample, Shaft sleeve as per sample both sides-2 Nos., -Ball bearings as per sample -02 Nos. (SKF Make) and., Check nut-2 Nos. re-metalling ,turning and finishing of bearing housing-2 Nos., M/F Gland tightener as per sample-02 Nos., rubber tyre coupling as per sample-01 No., Nut-Bolt and stud all labour, tools and tackles with transportation charge up & down including the deduction of all scraps materials. etc. all complete at P/Plant. Supplying all labour tools and tackles for complete opening, dismantling, cleaning of its slots of stator by brush & petrol then complete rewinding of 75 H.P. 440 volts, 50c/s, Star delta, 3-phase, squirrel cage induction motor by supplying super enameled copper wire & then tapping, varnishing, heating & complete reassembling then testing on full load including the deduction of cost burnt copper Wires and transportation charges from p/plant to workshop and back to the same etc. all complete at WTP p/plant Rajpara. Wt. of Copper wire approx-38.00 kg. With changing of following bearing:- (i) Ball bearing-6314-C3 -02 Nos. (SKF Make) at c/w water p/plant. –Crompton Greaves Make.

S/F of 100 mm dia. double flange sluice valve confirming for IS - 2906/14846 including worn gear arrangement as per test pressure stainless steel spindle should be fixed on delivery line of motor pump set including all required size nut bolt rubber insertion and transportation charge etc. all complete.

S/F of 100 mm dia. double flange NR valve confirming for IS – 5312 Part-1(1984) including worn gear arrangement as per test pressure stainless steel spindle should be fixed on delivery line of motor pump set including all required size nut bolt rubber insertion and transportation charge etc. all complete.

S/F of 90 watt LED Flood lighting luminaire with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass cover, operating voltage range 100V-270V AC with structure, stand, clamp, tee, wires and switches etc. all complete.

Cost towards denting and painting of Electro-mechanical components as Motor Pump, Sluice valve, NR Valves, Suction pipe line, common header pipe line inside Pump Chamber with primer and two coat of Metal Oil paint as required at WTP boosting unit.

Providing all labours, tools, tackels and technician for disconnection and taking out 25 HP VT p/set with column pipe from intake well all complete set.
