Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing & Fixing of Solar Street Light 12W Luminary with 12.8V 15AH Battery with 55W Panel and 6 meter Pole 76OD with Panel Structure and Light Arm at site complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Make – Enkay Solar or INA/Phillips, havells or equivlent.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carriying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more."
