Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking all leads and lifts. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) from brick work in cement mortar

Earth work in bulk excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m Sq. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth ,all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of informatory sign board made out of 4 mm thick ACP sheet to be fixed on all sides of frame made of hollow tubes of required size with welded joints and proper supporting members including providing and fixing of acrylic 3D Alphabets "ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL GOVT. MEDICAL COLLEGE KATHUA" of size as per design and 10 inches in height per Alphabet and Logo Acrylic 3D base with Monograph digital print pasted on it with LED lighting of approved brand(i.e Samsung/ Havells modules requisite colour along with 12 volt water proof driver, interconnection, wiring , with requisuite power supply of 3 years warranty ) as directed by EIC or as per requirement at site complete job.Payment shall be made on the basis of area of front side of panel only, and Structural frame work to be provided seperately.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer ofapproved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing inauguration stone (granite of size 3/x 2/-6//) including engraving , painting, writing and const. of pedestal of 5 feet height by way of brick work , plastering , tiling and painting incl. all leads , lifts and carriage of material by M .T./H.L.
