M&L for Supply and Fixing Automatic Power Factor Correction Capacitor Bank: Supply of outdoor type 12.1 KV, 3084 KVAr, 3-Phase, 50 Hz, Automatic Power Factor Correction Capacitor bank in outdoor type free standing floor mounting type CRCA cubicle. It comprises FIVE capacitor subbanks/Step configured as 363 + 543 x 1 + 726 x 3.(or Designed as per OEM recommendation). Each capacitor subbank comprises 3 Phase Star connected Capacitor units with HRC fuse protection at line side of capacitor bank. The capacitor bank shall be complete with 5 nos. of Vacuum Contactor for capacitor bank switching automatically, RVT as unbalance protection for each step, 0.2% 1 Phase aluminum wound Air Cored Dry type series reactor, 3 no’s of HRC fuses for individual step , 1 no. APFC relay, Off load isolator as incomer to the APFC, Aluminum Bus bar of cap as per OEM recommendation, bus support insulators etc. in Sheet Steel Enclosure (All live parts inside the Cubical). M&L earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in the ground vertically to a depth not less than 3 metre below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 metre below the ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32mmx6mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40mm bore upto equipment earth point and GI watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) chamber 40mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15cm complete all as required, specified and as directed.
