M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling, mass concrete, PCC Block for Steel Post etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm and bot exc 250 sq cm, with orwithout chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type (Chain Link Fencing)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.8mm dia PVC coated GI wire chain link fencing of size 50 x 50mm mesh, weight not less than 4.5 kg/Sqm PVC coated (colour will be as decided by GE) made into mattresses lape wired laid in position complete all as specified.

S&F MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250)-quality.

M&L Granite 20mm thk (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Formwork to side of columns, fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular and similar work vertical or to batter for flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded aggregate(Nominal mix design) for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly palstered wall surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
