Excavation trenches in hard/soft soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5m in depth all as directed and getting out hard/ dense soil for laying of cable for foundation etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials i.e. surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, niples, short pieces etc as required at site laid in trenches including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable pipe line along with fittings from existing connection complete all as specified and directed. Make of Pipe: Tale/ Swastik/ Jindal Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ

Supply and laying 40mm bore 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches complete and their making good and also cutting , threading to the existing pipeline complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ (b) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. (c) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all specials/ fittings required at site and testing complete.

Make of pipe: Supreme/ Prince/ Finolex Note: (a) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ (b) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. Supply and Fix 100mm bore Ductile iron sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846/2000, ISI marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged including jointing material like new rubber gasket/ rubber ring, bolts, and nuts etc and testing after completion including sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and brass check nuts with iron wheel flanged type hole and drilled heavy duty ISI marked class PN-1 including rubber insertion 3mm thick, nut bolts gasket washer etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make of valve: Kirlosker/ Bir/ L&T

Supply and fix 20mm bore gun metal gate valve heavy duty ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe with all fittings complete including dismantling taking out old unserviceable gate valve fixed at any location all as specified and directed. Supply and Fix Ductile iron specials confirming to IS, suitable for spigot/socketed pipe such as tee, tail pieces, collar, bends, etc of any type and angle of size upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for taking out of lead joint of spigot and socket Ductile/ Cast iron pipe of 150mm bore including providing lead wool and making joint leak proof including necessary earth work/excavation, T & P and draining out water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Ball brass valves, 20mm dia (miniumum weight 210 grams) high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and tested complete including necessary GI tubing required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for construction of valve chamber size upto 0.60M X 0.60M X 0.60M (internal size) with 150mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40mm graded trap stone aggregate, 230mm thick brick masonry wall sub class 'B' bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 10mm thick plastering to brick masonry in cement mortar internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm grades crushed trap stone aggregate valve chamber frame cover made of mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5mm thick mild steel sheet fixed with mild steel hinges- 02 Nos locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including necessary earth work, excavation, dismantling of existing valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position complete all as specified and directed.
