Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Gravel spreading to specified thick including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved quarry and labour charges etc complete.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. In Cement Mortar 1:6 .

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Supplying and fixing 12 mm thick Ply Wood for closing the door, window opening with wooden frame including cost of country wood reeper of size 50mmx25mm, 12mm thick ply wood sheet, nails, binding wire, conveyance charges, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.,

Supplying and fixing 12 mm thick ply wood for window out side Surface Covered with Mild Steel Sheet on wooden frame for closing window opening including cost of country wood reeper 50mmx25mm size, 12mm ply wood sheet, nails, binding wire, conveyance charges, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.,

Supplying and fixing of wooden dais or platform to a size of 7.30mx 3.05m and height of 0.30m for stage fixed with country wood leg 100mm x 100mm x 300mm tied with country wood reeper 75 x 40mm and top covered with 18mm thick plywood with two steps etc, complete as directred by the departmental officers.

Providing weldmesh partition for a height of 2.40m from floor level using best quality of weldmesh of size 1" x 1" - 10gauge and casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia for vertical up to 3.50m height. and fixing 8cm to 10cm dia casurina props for Horizontal direction and strengthening properly to fixing the weld mesh with 50mm x 25mm country wood repper form 1m c/c on out sides of weldmesh frame work including horizontal ties at suitable interval using bolts and nuts etc., complete and removing the materials after the counting is over etc., complete.

Providing weldmesh door for verandah weld mesh partition to a size of 1.00 x 2.10m from floor level using best quality of weldmesh of size 1" x 1" - 10gauge with outer frame of 50 x 25mm country wood reeper alround and cross frame 50 x 25mm country wood frame including bolts and nuts etc., complete and removing the materials after the counting is over without damaging the building etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing weld mesh closing for window using best quality of weld mesh of size 1''x1'' -10 gauge and using Country wood reepers 2''x1'' framed with weld mesh fixing on wall on including nails, cutting charges conveyance charges etc, compete.

Providing steel record rack for Strong room of size 1.40m x 0.60m x 2.35m with the following specification. Each rack is provided with legs of 2.35 m height made of 50 x 50 x 6mm MS angle. The angles are cut to proper size, straightened and edges ground properly for smoothness. The cost of all materials labour charges,transport , erection,assembling,etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Counter open in weld mesh baricade at counting hall centre to a size of 150mm x 150mm by using cutting machine etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing barricading arrangements using casurina poles 10cm to 13cm over verandah parapet wall to a height of 1.20m and fixing 4 vertical and 8 - 10 cm dia Horizontal and tied with new coir rope provided in all places and removing the same after the function is over etc,complete.

Supplying of mazdoor category - 1 labour for removing and replacing the table, chairs, drawing table,Wooden stage etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Back Drop Board to a size of 7.20 x 2.40m fixed with country wood frame of size 75mm x 40 mm alround and in side country wood reepers of size 75mm x 40mm fixed with 0.60m Horizontal and vertical intervels, Display board front surface covered with 19mm thick plywood including cost of country wood frame Reeper and 18mm Plywood, conveyance charges, Labour chargers etc complete.

Hire charges for 100mm dia G.I Pipes for suporting bottom of the beam including hire charge for G.I pipe, Cloth, conveyancec charges ,labour charges etc,. complete.

Supplying and fixing X type wooden Reeper of size 50mmx25mm in front of strong room door for Protecting the strong room including cutting, nailing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing wooden reeper of size 50 x 25mm for door entrance to avoid rain water below door shutter including cost of wooden reeper, conveyance charge,labour charges etc., complete.

Providing black board of size 3.60x1.20 with a band of 50mm thick alround two layer with first layer in CM 1:5,20mm thick 2nd layer in combination mortar 1:1:6,20mm thick with two coats black oxide ready mix paint over the base plastering etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Easing the Doors and windows shutters from its position with new rubber beading , screws and replacement of damaged glass panes with necessary rubber beading , stays hinges and other materials , if necessary including cost of materials , labour charges and dismantling brick or RCC and redoing the same to its original condition complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

Supplying and fixing partition with new one of aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish 1/2 Glazed, 1/2 Prelaminated particle board with alu box section No.20062, 20063 of size 63.50x38.10mmx1.28mm, 1.41mm at 0.818Kg/m horizontal members are spaced at 90cm center to center and vertical members are spaced at 1.20m,2.10m and 2.80m height from floor level, panels should be covered with 9mm thick PLB Exterior grade at 2/3 portion of partition and 4mm thick.plain glass covered at 1/3 portion of the partition with necessary aluminium clips of size 19mmx17.30mmx0.90mm at 0.124kg/m. L angles etc the aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness and cost of materials conveyance scaffolding if any required etc., and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as dtrected by the departmental officers.All materials should be got approved by the Exe.Engineers before fixing in position.

Providing Mild steel sheet barricarding arrangements in the back side of counting hall window using casurina vertical post 13cm to 15cm and 60cm below ground level 2.10m above ground level and horizontal casurina post 10cm to 13cm 3 tiers tied with coir rope and nails etc., complete and as directered by the departmental officers.

Providing Special barricading arrangements over Bituminous Road using Drilling Machine and casurina poles 13cm dia 15cm dia and 60cm below ground level and 1.50m above and fixing horizontal casurina poles 10cm dia 13cm dia in 5 ties and the lowest should be 0.45m above ground level and tied with new coir ropes provided in all places and removing the same after the counting is over etc., complete.

Providing barricading arrangements using casurina poles 13cm dia to 15cm dia and 60 cm below ground level and 1.50 m above and fixing horizontal casurina poles 10cm dia to 13cm dia in 4 ties and the lowest should be 0.45m above ground level and tied with new coir ropes provided in all places and removing the same after the counting is over etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing ladies frishking cubical of size 5' 0" x 5' 0" using 10 to 13 cm dia casurina props for vertical to a height of 2.10m from ground level and 3 tier horizontal ties using 8 to 10 cm casurina poles and the three sides and top are covered with 12mm thick plywood and one side with covered with screen cloth using good quality non transperant materials with necessary tools and plants including labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of 19 mm thick plywood for Cell Stall framed with wooden reeper of size 50mm x25mm and fixed with vertical Casurina post 10 to 13 cm dia including labours charges as directed by the departmental officers etc complete.

Providing movable barricading of 3m length using 10 Cm to 13 Cm dia Casurina poles for verticals leg 3 nos Various a height 1.50m with Horizontal members 4 nos, as Cross bracings includings nailing with new coir ropes etc. Complete including transportion and placing inposition as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 12mm thick plywood for Postal box including labours charges as directed by the departmental officers etc complete.

Labour and hire charges for providing Arabian orenmental Tent bottom covering in the ceiling mull cloth of approved quality the rate including Mild steel Pipe fixing, rope tying charges, loading and unloading conveyance and fixing charges using with necessary suppourt etc, and removing the after the function is over and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire Charges for GI Sheet shed of approved quality the rate including loading and unloading conveyance and fixing charges using with necessary suppourt etc, removed after the Function is over . As directed by the departmental officers

Hire charges for Arm Chairs in the function site as the direction of departmental officers including the hire charges and the chairs will be removed after the function is over. etc complete.

Hire charges for Sofa in the function site as the direction of departmental officers including the hire charges and the Sofa will be removed after the function is over. etc complete.

Hire charges for Cushion Chair in the function site as the direction of departmental officers including the hire charges and the VVIP Chair will be removed after the function is over. etc complete.

Hire charge for Red Carpet on wooden dias in Counting Hall including conveyance charge,labour charges etc,complete.

Hire charges for Steel Table in the function site as the direction of departmental officers including the hire charges and the Steel table will be removed after the function is over. etc complete.
