Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured in vertical surface 300X200X7/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with and including 10 mm th backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S& F 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and bullnosing the edges and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class b bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.
