INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia and bend to shape 1.5mtr long, 02 Nos MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32x4mm thick strip with nuts & bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead of size 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron medium grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 ( Part-I).

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CRI Approved) cubicle type IP-56, outdoor type conforming to IS 61439, factory fabricated pre-wired made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming/ outgoing MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heart shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work at bottom of MS channel MC 100 fixed to the top of platform. The platform for LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600mm height above ground level and minimum 400mm below the ground level constructed with bricks (sub class ‘B’) works duly plastered in CM (1:3) and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment, front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :- (a) Incomer of LT panel (i) Aluminium TPN bus bar strip of rating 200 Amp fixed on epoxy insulator-04 Nos (ii) MCCB 125 Amps capacity with adjustable thermal release, breaking capacity 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 Volt-01 No. (iii) Multifunction digital meter to measure voltage, current, KWH, PF, Amp with 01 of CTs set suitable size-01 No.

(iv) Indicating lamp LED type 240 Volt AC set of three colour (RYB)-01 Set (b) Outgoing of LT panel (i) MCCB 63 Amp with short circuit breaking capacity 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 Volt-02 Nos. (ii) MCB TPN 40A, 10 KA, 50 Hz-05 Nos (iii) Timer switch 3 phase 32 Amps-01 No. Notes :- (i) LT panel board shall be type tested from CPRI for 4000 Amps with breaking capacity not less than 65 KA & IP 56 as per IS 61439 Part I & II (A copy of valid CPRI type test report to be enclosed while obtaining approval from GE) (ii) SLD diagram for LT panel will be got approved from GE before placing the order and final diagram will be fixed on the front and rear door. Supply and fixing energy efficient LED street light fiiting 72W with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass having IP-66 degree protection, individual LEDs must have secondary lenses for better throw across and along the road, with system efficiency ≥ 100 lumen/watt, colour rendering index(CRI) of ≥ 70, corelated colour temperature CCT of 4000K appx (Warm White). The luminaire should have surge protection upto 5KV and have an addtional surge protection of 10KV for driver, PF ≥ 0.9 and TD ≤ 10%, operating temewoperature range from 140 to 270V with the potted driver. the potted driver used shall be of constant voltage type and ISI marked all as per BIS-15885 Part-2, section 13 with efficiency ≥ 85%. The make of driver shall be same as the make of Luminaire fixture, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix junction box hot press moulded SMC type, environment friendly recyclable UV resistant, silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP-66/67 in accordance with IE rule internal embedded gasket and 01 (one) MCB SP 6A, 10KA breaking capacity, 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x 3 mm fixed to the street light pole or wall including necessary clamps, nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC insulated unsheathed three core and PVC round sheathed multicore flexible copper cable for working voltage upto and including 1100 V of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed

DG SET WORKS

Supply, install, commissioning and testing complete Diesel Engine driven generating set silent type confirming to CPCB-II condition/ norms of capacity 62.5 KVA or next higher capacity available/manufactured , water cooled, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to Alternator or as recommended by the manufacturer on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB-II approved accoustic enclosure. (The complete set conforming to and test certificates as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with AMF control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise the following :- (a) Engine (Prime Mover) : Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable BHP Turbo charged water cooled otherwise as applicable to the model mentioned 12 volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel/Dash Board with electronic techometer. Lub oil temperature & pressure gauges water temp gauge and battery charging gauge including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temperature low lubrication on pressure, over speed and also including self starter alternator for charging of bateries, cogged V. Blet, fuel tank ( minimum 12 hrs capcity of consumption) with first fill of lub oil and coolant (as applicable) etc. (b) Alternator AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current output of 50 KW PP 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class enclosure/SPDP self excited, self regulated brushess, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine. (c) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provided by the manufacturer. (d) Base plate : Made out of structural steel as per manufactuer's recommended design and specifications.

(e) Acoustic Enclosure Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure Make of enclosure shall be as per CPCB for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 db at one meter It shall be made of 2mm thick CRCA /MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire resistance/retardant foam as acoustic material and provided opanable and lockable doors with air tight gasket, interior light arrangement 02 Nos 20 watt CFL with ON/OFF switch to meet latest emission norm. The base frame shall be of ISMC. It shall also include the follwing :- (i) Silencer : Absorption type non-resistance, resisdential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging . (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cable IS 694 marked. FRLS in conduit and fluorescent lamp fittings (iii) Fuel tank of 12 hours capacity but not less than made of 14 SWG CRCA / MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch. (f) One Nos 12V x 100 AH 25 Plates maintenance free batteries complete with battery lead ,provided one side copper thimble and other side heay duty brass terminal (As recommended by manufacturer) (g) List of OEM for DG Set, Engine and Alternator :- (i) OEM for DG Set : M/s KOEL Green Green/ Sudhir Power Ltd/ Greaves Power/ M/s Jakson Ltd (ii) Engine : Kirloshar/ Cummins/ Greaves Power (iii) Alternator : Kirloskar/ Stamford/ Crompton Greaves Notes : (i) Catalogues Operation and maintenance manual, spare parts list overhauling manual 03 sets. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material & labour for cutting of existing 150 mm dia C.I pipe line, inserting Tee for taking branch connection of 50mm dia including fittings complete all as specified and directed.
