Supply of MS special-made out of 8mm thick- MS Barrel painting both sides with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand. Materials supply at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 600 ID nominal dia (clear Internal dia.) specials of 8mm thickness 6 mtr. Long (min.) along with MS collor both side.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel include cost of service of operating staff and supply of lubricating oil. (DSR-21 -0020 Excluding GST)

Excavation work of Hard Rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. DSR 2.9.3

Hire and Running Charges of Crane 20 Ton Capacity for Shifting of MS pipes and other materials at site as per site requirement ( DSR 00228 Exluding GST)

Dewatering of rising main by submersible pump set of suitable capacity at site of work (14.23 DSR-21)

Safety, Lighting and Barricading arrangement like Air Face Mask, Air Line, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Fixing of MS Gap Piece 6mtr long of 600mm dia Header line after removal of existing brusted line inside DJB Compound near main gate Deer Park BPS. The work will be carried out by cutting, welding, laying and alignment of line by (manually /mechanically) means with the help of all labour like Fitter, Cutter, Welder, Helper, Beldar, Supervisor, Electrician and Chowkidar and material like Welding Machine, Cutter Set i/c Oxygen, LPG set etc, and Welding Rod and T&P alongwith its Transportation i/c loading unloading complete at site of work.

Testing and commissioning of header line closing of all valvs related to the header line to execution of work for safely and smoothly execuiton of work and opening the same after completion of the work. The header line should be check on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
