Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick polished granite slab of telephonic black in colour for cooking platfom and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including cement slurry and 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:6) machine cut & mirror polished all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Green marble work ('Udaipur Green' or 'Baroda Green') as approved,18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of green marble all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for chamferring and rounding the straight cut edges of stone slab such as in steps , cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 25 mm to 30 mm thick polished cuduppah stone slab as in vertical supports for cooking platform and like including necessary jointing and pointing and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in CM (1:6).

Supply and fix clean sawn second class hard wood timber boards of 25mm thick as in eaves boards of roof all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and layers from wall /roofs including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar of any type and thickness complete and cleaning the surfaces free from dust and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and clearing the premises all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chajja etc,and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Providing 20 mm average thickness of screed layer on RCC roof slab in cement mortar (1:4 ) mixed with and water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. (NOTE :- WPC will be measured and paid for separately) (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajja etc, by brooming with brooms sweeping free from dirt, dust etc & applying evenly a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm of area. (c) Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wall by completely removing existing treatment by scrapping , cleaning , washing with water etc., and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint including filling the surfaces with crack filler wherever required all as specified and directed . NOTE :- The coulour scheme of the painting will be as decided by the GE.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling by completely removing existing treatment by scrapping , cleaning , washing with water etc , and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint including filling the surface with crack filler wherever required all as specified and as directed . Note :- work tobe executed under occupation conditions.

Material and labour for 1.5 mm thick wall care putty (total thickness 1.5mm in two coats) on old/new srface of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete Removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth on old wooden surfaces over 10cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Material and labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description exc.10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, including grills, gates complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling applying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation on old plastered wall surfaces of any description and appplying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description and appplying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all complete all as specified and as directed.
