REPAIR/MAINT OF STREET LIGHT TIMERS, POLES, LT UG CABLE, CABLE JOINT AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AND REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FANS DECLARED BER UNDER GARRISON ENGINEER (I) NAVY AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as specified and diercted.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 25 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 16 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 10 sq mm 4 core.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix FR PVC insulated cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core conductor all as s specified and directed by Engineer-In -Charge at site

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor / on poles / pillars / for road / Nallah crossing, pipes GI light grade of size 100 mm dia with and including all fittings and accessories complete including taking down the old unsv all as specified and and directed for cable protection

Cutting and filling with PCC (1:3:6) in bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

M&L for Scrubing of existing rusted surface of poles 11 mtr long and prepration and painting of surfaces with one coat of red oxide and two coat aliminium paint fine finishing includign cross arms bracing , clamps and supports complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 above but of poles 9 mtr long

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.’25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate with 4.0 mm thick GI wire by means of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle GI pipe of 50 mm bore for earth lead protection andGI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. All as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing .

S&F in replacement of MCCB 415 Volt 16 KA, 4 Pole 63 Amps capacity. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:ABB/Siemens/Hager.

All as per item No. 18 above but 100A, 25KA. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 18 above but 200A, 36KA. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED street light of 70 watt along with fixture.Make:Bajaj CAT Part No ENXT P 84L WH CR PC SD or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of LED Flood light of 200 watt along with fixture.Make:Bajaj CAT Part No BJFL 200 W LED I or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of decorative LED Bollard light 10 Watt .Make:Shanti electric Co or equivalent to Shakthi/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in relplacement post top lantern for CFL lamp 1 x 18 watt with CFL lamp complete. Make - Crompton Greaves cat No CFPT 18 / bajaj / or Equvivalent

S&F in Timelite Distribution Board 100 Amp 3 pole / 230 Volt Digital Time Switch including Street Light Timer assembly( 01 Nos) comprising of Digital timer- FM1 Quartz with 3 Pole ML-5 Contactor duly prewired with bypass arrangement- 02 Nos, Digital Ampere Meter conformuing to DM 3258 of Conzerv Schiender-02Nos & LED Indicating Lamp for RYB phase indicator - 01 Set complete all as specified and as directed.Make Indoasian Cat Part No- TL065DBO or equivalent to Schindler / Indoasian.

Supply and errect steel tublar swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) conforming to IS complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above GL and taring for portion below GL (inside and out side) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Hot dip galavanised iron pole 7 mtr long sheet thickness 3 mm. C/s A/F - top = 70mm, bottom =130 mm, base plate 200x200x12 mm, long weatherproof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement but including of junction box with 4 Nos aluminium Bus bar and including 1.0 M long single arm bracket made of 40NB B class pipe having top 70 mm, 20 dia threaded made to J shape M20x600mm long steel grade EN8 grade foundation bolts - 4 nos with nuts, templates and all complete as per approved drawing (with internal accessorises like connectors,two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core copper multistranded conductor as per required and mcb) including taking down old rusted pole of any size by digging or cutting all as directed . Foundation RCC 1:1.5:3 shall be of size 550x550mm and depth 1500 mm with 8 nos. 12mm dia. tor bars as main bars and 8mm dia. tor bars stirrups @ 190 mm c/c as per approved drawing(Including form work). This reinforcement shall conform to IS:1786 latest edition. The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63 mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing. Excavation, PCC, RCC,Form work and reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

Supply & fix in replacement of SPD up to 50 KA complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED DRIVER for 72 watt street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED DRIVER for 200 watt street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Taking down streetlight fitting / security lights / Building any type from pole /wall and refix the same in its own position including repair and replacement of unserviciable parts and testing complete . NOTE :-(i) Spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separatel under respective item of Sch A. (ii) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA.
