Repair to the electro-mechanical machinery installed at LIS Jathana damaged due to flash floods

Providing and laying of 10”Ø M.S suction pipe for 5 cusec horizontal centrifugal pump coupled with 100 HP induction motor of unit –I, washout due to flash floods at LIS Jathana by way of providing and laying of new 10” Ø M.S suction pipeline 30ft (provided from divisional store) and shifting the same to the site of installation by way of mechanical transport and 2.5Km(approx.) head load by manual labour . Providing and fitting of new 9Nos MS flanges, nuts and bolts, rubber gasket etc. The job includes cutting of the M.S pipe as per the site requirement, welding of flange with MS pipes at both the ends by double layer welding to avoid any leakage and joining the pipes with nuts ,bolts and with rubber gasket. Fabrication of M.S bend of required size and angle and welding of flange on both the sides of the bend. Connecting the portion of outlet pipe of the pump coming out from pump room to the bend by connecting flange of bend and the pipe. Connecting the suction line with the other portion of the bend. Providing and fitting of new 10” M.S foot valve and connecting the same with the bottom portion of the suction pipe line. Testing for any leakage in the pipeline on full load. Complete job includes the cost of the material, labour charges (both skilled and unskilled), charges of welding machine, tools and tackles, transportation charges including head load of the material etc. Complete Job

Repairs to 100 HP ATS( Starter) coupled with unit No- I by way of dismantling of starter by way of disconnecting, all the electrical connections of starters then draining of the contaminated oil from the starters tank at LIS Jathana Then extracting out the damaged /burnt starters coils from the containers. Then loading in mechanical transport and shifting the same from Jathana to Jakhole on head load by manual labours approx 2.5 kms and then to work shop for repair. Repair to the starter (ATS) at workshop by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Rewinding of 3 No ATS coils of unit-I with good quality copper wire. Then P/F of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contact point. Repair to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn-out thimbles nuts-bolts and internal leads duly soldered properly Re-assembling the same Shifting the starter to the site by using mechanical transport and the manual labour. Providing & filling of approximately 50 ltrs of transformer oil in each starter. Complete job including cost of material, transportation charges of the material and labour charges etc. Complete Job

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 HP three phase Mono-block priming pump unit along with allied works at LIS Jathana. The job involves providing and carriage of 5 HP Mono-block priming pump of reputed make to the site along with suction and delivery pipes and other accessories required for installation of pump. Mounting of the pump on suitable MS channel frame. Providing, and fitting of 2” dia GI pipes for suction and delivery (about 40 feet) required for the priming pump unit by way of welding, gas cutting and P/F of flanges as per site requirement. The job involves making of interconnection of the delivery of the priming pump to the suction of two number pump sets installed at the LIS Jathana. The job involves providing/ fitting of 02" dia Ball valve- 02 no., CI Foot valve 02" dia-01 no., Tees, GI Bends, Unions, Sockets, Elbows etc. Providing, fitting and laying of 2.5mm² copper cable-10 mtr of suitable rating & DOL Starter suitable for the pump motor set. Making of electrical connections, testing and commissioning on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage and labour charges.
