Servicing and checking of 25 KVA to 30 KVA DG Set including supply and replacement of fuel filter ( primary and secondary), supper by pass filter, separator fuel filter, oil filter of suitable size and checking of all safety devices including opening, adjusting, tightening of tappet cover complete by torque wrinch by applying proper pressure, cleaning of fuel and oil tank and refitting to DG set including filling of engine oil and coolant , complete cleaning of DG set examining and rectification of engine RPM, monitoring of output voltage and maintaining/adjusting speed governor, refilling the radiator with water and coolant, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Engine oil, coolant and safety device shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air Filter element complete set as per existing type samples and replaced the same which is required at site complete ( as primary and secondary filters ) suitable for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG set.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down of self starter, 12 volts DC for DG sets for repairing including replacement of bendex pinion,bush set, winding of armature and winding of field coil assembly etc and reassembling the same as original complete self starter and refixing in its original position including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down of self starter, 24 volts DC for DG sets for repairing including replacement of bendex pinion,bush set, winding of armature and winding of field coil assembly etc and reassembling the same as original complete self starter and refixing in its original position including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling and overhauling of fuel injector pump of DG set capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA and refixing properly to original position after replacement of Nozzle, F.I.P. Elements, Delivery valve, fuel pump gear and unserviceable parts etc. including overhauling, calibration and testing at admissible pressure properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling and overhauling of fuel injector pump of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA and refixing properly to original position after replacement of Nozzle, F.I.P. Elements, Delivery valve, fuel pump gear and unserviceable parts etc. including overhauling, calibration and testing at admissible pressure properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling and overhauling of fuel injector pump of DG set capacity 320 KVA to 500 KVA and refixing properly to original position after replacement of Nozzle, F.I.P. Elements, Delivery valve, fuel pump gear and unserviceable parts etc. including overhauling, calibration and testing at admissible pressure properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling and repairing of alternator 12/24 volts DC for battery charging from DG set engine with replacement of carbon bushes-2, Cut-out, Carbon holder,Slip rings, Bearings-02, Rotor assembly, Stator assembly,connection plate etc, reassembling and refixing to DG set engine after necessary repair complete all as specified directed.

M&L for dismantling of defective water pump assembly by disconnecting of hose pipe connections, fan felt and radiator connection. Supply and fixing of new water pump assembly suitable for DG set capacity of 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified directed.

M&L for dismantling of defective water pump assembly by disconnecting of hose pipe connections, fan felt and radiator connection. Supply and fixing of new water pump assembly suitable for DG set capacity of 125 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified directed.

Taking down old repairable Radiator by opening nut/bolt from foundation and loading/unloading and transportation to local market. Dismantling, checking, testing for any defects and repairing as below : - Cleaning, washing the copper tubes and Top to bottom Copper Jal Frame of the radiator by acid process. Checking the leakage if any and repairing the same by doing the Soldering and Testing radiator with loading/unloading and transportation charges for refixing to its old position with proper accuracy and correct situation for Capacity from 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG sets including replacement of nut/bolt, hose pipe sets with clamps and testing complete.
